CAN THE U.S. BE SAVED?

(Jul. 13, 2020) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. Today we have a treat for you; that’s right, we’re back in Cassadaga, FL, with our favorite fortuneteller, Madam Shylock, who will spill the beans on this BLM embarrassment that is operating openly in America. Hello, Madam Shylock, and here’s an envelope for you from my editor.”
“Thank you; always glad to be on ‘Pulse,’ Roving; so what would you like to know?”
“Tell us about BLM.”
“Ask yourself the most basic question and that’ll be the answer.”
“The money? From all over?”
“All the usual suspects are funneling money into whatever they think will upset the apple cart, whatever they believe will defeat Trump, and whatever it takes.”
“So this ‘Destroy Trump even if it destroys the nation’ is, what, legit?”
“No, not ‘legit’; on the contrary, highly immoral. Think of all of our enemies rolled into one, making a last-ditch effort financed by Russia, China, Nation of Islam, Iran, everywhere, including the DNC and however much good Dems wish to donate. Look, Roving, it took a lot of effort and resources to get all the crooked governors, mayors, police commissioners and everyone else on-board to look the other way as businesses burned and people were beaten and murdered.”
“So much for ‘the summer of love.’”
“Think of the resources of the United States military being used for a private enterprise: The Hillary/Obama Company of nation destruction: remember Obama backed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and Hillary killed Muammar Gaddafi for oil revenue. Remember the billions Obama got from China for so-called stimulus? That money really was used for bribes, kickbacks, payoffs and personal offshore slush-fund accounts.”
“And they got away with it.”
“Yes, at least they have so far, and they will do anything to keep the truth from reaching the mob because, when the mob ever learns the truth – how they were used and abused, they may turn on their masters and may very well do what the mob did to Benito Mussolini: hung him from a lamppost.”
“Care to give us an easily-understood example?”
“The Teachers’ Union is the best example, the Democrat Party poster child on reaping in property taxes and giving substandard education in return. For some reason city folk can’t seem to connect the dots. Why, just look at Chicago where you have the perfect storm: Sanctuary City + Generations on Welfare + Imbecilic Politicians, the town that gave us the empty suit: Barrack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro.”
“’What they can do to others they can do to you.’”
“Well, as long as the police and the judges refuse to uphold law and order, yes, I’m afraid so.”
“So BLM has nothing to do with black lives at all?”
“Think that this is an election year and go from there. They may hint at some sort of uprising if Trump is reelected, as an example an increase of murders of the police and, well, just regular people. But here’s the thing: countries come and go; face it; it’s the way of the world. If we don’t have the guts to enforce the laws on the books, maybe we deserve to be swept away in the dustbin of countries that were and never heard from again.”
“That seems like a defeatist attitude.”
“It was you who asked for the score and I’m telling you what’s on the scoreboard. To start, we have millions of illegal immigrants in our country. How many illegal immigrants do you think they have in their country?”
“I would say darn close to none.”
“And then we have Muslims, which is about the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. There is no possible way that Islam and the Constitution can coincide: impossible. They ‘honor kill’: they murder women who want a divorce or maybe the women are sick and tired of being beaten up or maybe they learned to read and write and wear fingernail polish. They endorse FGM on little girls, for God’s sake. Our Constitution says EQUAL RIGHTS for men and women; not so Sharia Law.”
“So why don’t we deport them?”
“Because we are a weak and hypocritical country, that’s why. We say one thing but look the other way. Good example is that district attorney for St. Louis prosecuting a couple who didn’t particularly want their dog killed and their house burnt to the ground. I haven’t heard one teeny-weeny little peep from our Attorney General* coming to the aid of the couple who were defending their lives and property, have you?”
“No, not a peep.”
“And as far as the riots go, what do we give our policemen guns for and what good is our National Guard if our towns are burning?”
“Oh, I agree.”
“One last comment: to the East is the approaching Muslim hoard; to the West billions of Chinese, and the USA is the prize. Either we do whatever is necessary to keep our country or else we won’t have a country, and from where I sit you can kiss the USA goodbye: if we don’t have what it takes, well, who needs it if people aren’t willing to do what’s right over what feels good. On the world stage, being nice and folding is a sign of weakness and they’ll exploit the weakness in a heartbeat.”
“Example?”
“Back when the nitwits were trying to topple the first statue; back when someone suggested changing the name of the Washington Redskins; back when flags were lowered and people knelt during the National Anthem: that’s just a few examples where we caved, when we gave in, and when Lady Liberty just gave up.”
“But can it be saved?”
“You didn’t give me enough money to hear the truth, Roving.”
“Okay, this is a good a time as any to say, on behalf of the crew and Madam Shylock, this is your Roving Reporter (RR) wishing you all a good night: Goodnight.
“You know what? She’s right: we don’t have what it takes to deport Omar or to put Farrakhan and other traitors in jail, but then our prisons have become Islamic Jihad recruitment centers because our jails and prisons are as corrupt as the inmates. Burger time: my treat.”
[*Attorney General: the chances of our United States Attorney General, William Barr, placing Hillary in a federal penitentiary and exposing Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as a cheap suit fraud of WHERE’S THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE? fame is as likely as, well, don’t hold your breath is all I can say.]
[I look around and see our country disintegrating before my eyes and nobody seems to do much about it. We have laws, but they don’t mean a heck of a lot if they aren’t enforced and if they’re not enforced they sure as heck are not respected, just as we, as a people, are not respected and for good reason, wouldn’t you say?]
