PAGE, STRZOK, COMEY, BRUCE AND NELLIE OHR…

(Aug. 30, 2018) — On Thursday morning’s “Fox & Friends,” investigative reporter Sara A. Carter reported in an in-person interview that “Congress” intends to summon back a number of known players in the Russia “dossier” matter return to provide additional testimony as to their roles.

Carter mentioned former FBI counterintelligence deputy chief Peter Strzok, who was fired earlier this month; former FBI attorney Lisa Page, who resigned in early May; former FBI Deputy Director and Acting Director Andrew McCabe; demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr, who testified behind closed doors on Tuesday and reportedly revealed significant information; and Ohr’s wife, Nellie, who reportedly was hired by Fusion GPS to perform research for the dossier.

Fusion also hired British citizen and then-FBI source Christopher Steele to commission the dossier from his alleged Russian sources.

Strzok was a leader in both the FBI’s alleged probe into Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server and the Trump-Russia “collusion” probe, which has been continued for the last 15 months under Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Text messages released earlier in August show that Bruce Ohr and Steele were in regular communication both before and after the 2016 election and that Steele used Ohr as a conduit to the FBI of the unverified dossier, which made claims about Donald Trump while he was in Moscow in 2013.

“So far none of it has been proven,” Carter said of the dossier, which was provided as the main “evidence” to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) to obtain four surveillance warrants against former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page beginning in October 2016.

On March 4, 2017, Trump tweeted that his campaign was “wiretapped,” to which many in the mainstream media responded that Trump provided “no evidence” of his claim.  The surveillance of Carter Page has since been confirmed.

Carter Page and Lisa Page and not related.

Despite the evidence that the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign paid Fusion GPS through law firm Perkins Coie to produce the opposition-research dossier, Mueller is investigating alleged “collusion” between members of the Trump campaign and the Kremlin during the 2016 election much to Trump’s discontent.

Last Friday, in responding to Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s response to Trump’s criticism of his performance, Trump tweeted his displeasure that the Justice Department has not launched an investigation into Clinton’s “deleted Emails” and the activities of former FBI Director James Comey and others mentioned by Sara Carter Thursday morning.

On Thursday morning, Trump tweeted of Comey:

That contention, however, is disputed by a number of pundits and “news” sources which have opined that Trump is Mueller’s target.
