The letter was received last week, along with other writings, from NWCX inmate Jerome L. Johnson, #150724.  The prison is located in Tiptonville, Lake County, TN.]

    Kudos to Mr. Johnson for taking a stand against the abusive, sadistic tactics of officers under the authority of TDOC! It takes a lot of courage to speak out just as it takes a lot of cowardice to continue to condone officers who abuse inmates.
