FLOWERS IN THE SNOW

(Apr. 2, 2018) — As we reported on Saturday, it appeared that spring had finally arrived in a New England pummeled by snow and wind during the month of March.
However, Monday’s picture is completely different, with snow expected a good part of the day.
Early spring flowers are now covered with something we hoped not to see again until at least Thanksgiving.
One forecast predicts as much as five inches in southern Connecticut on Monday.
