“THE BUCK STOPS HERE”

(Mar. 26, 2018) — Instead of holding President Donald J. Trump accountable for signing the UniParty’s Porkulus II spending bill into law, the President’s mau mauing spinmeisters are affixing blame to UniParty weasels Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer for drafting and passing it.
The truth is Trump could’ve vetoed the bill because the House of Representatives didn’t have enough votes to override a presidential veto. Or he could’ve told Congress to send him a separate appropriations bill for the defense department, which is the normal way of appropriating spending bills for a major department of government.
If Trump had a smidgen of integrity, he would’ve honored his promises and stood with the people who elected him and forced the UniParty weasels in Congress to negotiate a better bill, which would’ve energized and emboldened the members of his party’s base, and they would’ve elevated him to sainthood.
Instead Trump chose to ignore the will of the majority of his party’s base and permanently fracture the Republican Party and banish its base to a no man’s land without a leader or a compass.
Believe it or not there is a country with a leader who actually does what he was elected to do. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán actually represents the people who elected him. No fooling. Orbán stands toe-to-toe with the European Union’s political weasels and refuses to cave to the pressures of political correctness:
“I can only speak for the Hungarian people, and they don’t want any migration. In my understanding, it’s not possible for the people to have a will on a fundamental issue and for the government not to comply with it.”
The majority of Hungarians oppose opening their borders for people the EU labels as “refugees,” and Prime Minister Orbán has upheld the people’s will and has kept the EU’s refugee designates from being relocated in Hungary.
We remember President Harry Truman for saying “the buck stops here,” i.e., with the President. The UniParty’s Porkulus II became law for one reason and one reason only, Trump signed it. Only the President could sign that bill into law and the buck stops with the President.
Imagine for a moment if Trump would’ve acted like Orbán and stood tall and vetoed the bill; and then with one fell swoop of his arm knocked the two-thousand-plus pages of Porkulus II into the trash can by his desk and onto the trash heap of history.
How “yuge” would that gesture have been in the eyes of his party’s base and of freedom-loving patriots throughout the nation? Such an act would’ve become the defining moment of his presidency, and he would have gone on to become a legend, like Ronald Reagan, in the minds of conservative Republicans and freedom-loving Americans.

It’s time for Trump supporters to face the truth and stop living in denial. At heart Trump is a Democrat with New York values, and he gave the elitist UniParty what they wanted in their Omnibus bill. He lied to evangelicals, conservatives, and patriots telling them what they wanted to hear. He gave them words, which he refused to back up with actions.
With the way things are shaping up politically in the country, the Democrats will control Congress in November. With the help of the RINOs and the NeverTrump Republicans, the Democrats will impeach Trump, and he’ll be like a drowning man flailing his arms to stay afloat until his term ends in 2020.
If he is the Republican Party’s nominee in 2020, he will lose the election in a landslide, and the American electorate will follow California’s lead and acquiesce to a fascist government and one-party rule run by leftist Democrats.
My fears regarding a Trump presidency have reached fruition. I feared Trump would destroy the Republican Party and in so doing turn over this nation to a Democrat Party that will impose a fascist government and rule in perpetuity.

For those who may have felt better about the omnibus bill, having seen a post on Facebook that President Trump is engaging in some of the worn out 3D Chess and checkmated Democrats because the spending bill is in the form of an omnibus bill rather than a budget, it’s time to come back down to earth. Regardless of the terminology or its structure, it’s the spending bill for 2018 passed by both houses of Congress and signed by the President. It’s what we’re stuck with.
The post, apparently originally a tweet by Swamp Drainer @FedupWithSwamp, states “It’s not an official ‘Federal Budget’. It’s an Omnibus bill…not a Budget…Congress basically screwed themselves by not passing a Budget…Per the Constitution…the President must adhere to a Budget set forth by Congress and direct the expenditures as provided therein.”
He goes on to say, “An Omnibus Spending Bill may have some ‘instructions’ as to how the money will be spent…but Obama ignored them. He spent the money, or didn’t spend it, however he wanted to. And Congress didn’t do a thing about it! Because they couldn’t. He is bound to realize that those ‘appropriations’ for different things in these Omnibus bills…are merely ‘suggestions’.”
Swamp Drainer provides no direct quote from the Constitution because he doesn’t make one. He instead makes a false generalization under “per the Constitution.” In reality neither the word budget or omnibus appear anywhere in the text of the Constitution. What does appear, in Article one, section 9 of the Constitution is the statement that, “no Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.” An omnibus bill an appropriation and it is law.
It’s understandable that we would all hope that President Trump got one over on the swamp creatures and in the process did a great service to the American people by providing us with the promised border wall. The claimed technicality between an omnibus and a budget that one is enforceable and the other is not is incorrect. Both are passed by a vote of both houses of Congress and signed by the President.
I will not abandon Trump over this Omnibus bill. It is a spending bill not a budget. He can spend the money anyway he chooses or not. He has fullfilled 2 promises or has worked towards the 2 he promised and that is that he funded the military and got money for the wall.
We have to help him. He is still surrounded by Obama people who will not help him. Ryan and McConnell have not helped him either and I blame them more for deceiving Trump. Ryan told Trump it was a good deal. Trump knew it wasn’t but to not have money to start the wall and to fund the military was a worse deal if it came down to that.
As for Obama’s usurpation of office, it is easy to blame Trump and easier said than done. Remember many people were murdered and threatened who tried to keep Obama from office. I still say, Obama will be punished and the people who helped him, namely Pelosi and Biden who certified he was eligible. It could have been stopped there but Congress allowed it to happen. How many of them were threatened? Getting rid of the traitors at DOJ, FBI and CIA is a must even if we have to remove Sessions and replace him with someone who will clean up these agencies. Let’s work on that now.
To Fran and Bob: the totalitarian media of the US is not an excuse for Trump’s capitulation in 2016, not at all. First, it was still not the USSR yet (and they did expose Stalinism in 1956). Courageous people with no resources like Dr. Taitz, Pastor Manning, or Sheriff Arpaio stood up right during all 8 years. With his resources, Trump could establish his own sector of the media, and there was the Internet! Trump could and ought to establish his own party (like Judeo-Christian America) and destroy the existing treasonous parties. That very special moment of the extraordinary treason of the usurpation required also very special measures and efforts in order to deliver Justice before the deadline and to crush the totalitarian enemy also in time.
There was absolutely no excuse for doing nothing or worse: for capitulating to the enemy in the most crucial ever moment of the human history. This capitulation is now on record: forever!
Post-surgery I had a medical emergency and my spouse rushed me to the hospital. I saw a sea of immigrant faces in the ER and the hospital staff told me it would be a 5 hour wait because immigrants were in there getting free medical care. Even though I was doubled over, not ONE of those “great kids here through no fault of their own” got up to offer me a seat. I couldn’t wait, I went home and rolled around in agony. That was when I knew this country was in trouble. If you pile too many people onto a float, they all sink. Wait until each of you experience something that horrific. Politicians are immune because a relative told me politicians and their family are bumped in ahead of everyone else.
So if you want things to change you have to get involved or this country will fall to socialist immigrants, which is what Schumer is trying to do. I think the left wants the borders kept open to kill off all the children of independent Americans to replace them with docile immigrants. Look at every country that illegals came from – and that will be replicated in the U.S. when they bring their customs and voting patterns here.
All refugee resettlements need to be stopped. I went into a store and a middle-eastern man accosted me and said something filthy and put his filthy hands on me – get ready folks, we’re in for another Rotherham. Then we were at the airport and a gang of obnoxious middle-eastern men exited the mens room with zippers down. And when I awoke in the hospital a woman with a burka was stealing my wallet. I was going to report it and my husband warned me I’d better not or it might be considered racist. Is this what we have come to? Don’t prosecute the crime, prosecute the innocent victim who reports it because the perp happens to be wearing a burka?
I’ve come to see that ~Apathy~ is our biggest problem. If every American – or at least a lot of Americans would become involved and march on Washington like illegal alien activists do – this type of shameless raping of our country and it’s people would cease.
We should paint tears dripping from the eyes of the statue of liberty because this country has been raped.

I have been very involved in the “Birther Issue” and believe it is very important to know exactly what the truth is. That being said, are you not aware of the FACT that the media will only report what they want to and what the want to report is only good things about Obama and Hillary and as much negative “news” they can make up about Trump. His saying that Barry is a fraud would not have done anything, and certainly not get the truth out.
If you are paying attention you may notice that the corruption in the DOJ and FBI is being uncovered and addressed. Now that this fact is out what departments do you think would be responsible for vetting a President? Also, how much power would the DOJ and FBI have over someone that usurped the office? Getting past the Democrat Controlled Media is going to be a major hurdle, and it will take much time.
Can you imagine what it must be like to be hounded by a hoard serial liars from before your presidency starts to well after it ends?

announcement to sign the “pork bill” did go against his grain. For instance, I sense that
Trump signed off to fund and rebuild the military for some sensed threat. Also in signing
off can the Donald have some tricks up his sleeve here too, to accomplish some goals?
It’s bad enough for Trump to battle the Demorats no matter what he does, but isn’t he also battling the deep, dark, and demonic state. As well he is also not fully supported by

I’m counting on the Commander In Chief using the monies being allocated to our ‘Military’ to having the ‘Military’ building defenses against the invasion of drugs and unauthorized people from Mexico … by building a huge berm (i.e. WALL!)
Also, with his current declaration of a ‘Human Rights Emergency’ and by invoking the ‘Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985’, he has the authority to NOT spend any funds he doesn’t deem necessary and instead return them to the US Treasury. Murdering babies in the womb by Planned Parenthood seems like a logical place to start.
So it looks like the evil language of the Omnibus Bill will be ‘trumped’ by the State of Emergency that President Trump has declared!

And yet the sheeple swallowed it! The miserable American sheeple agreed that their hard earned gold money were replaced with wrap paper, freely printed as it fits the government appetite.
2) Yet the treasonous government was incapable to maintain the budget even in the terms of wrap paper – now growing the debt to unprecedented 21T, yet the sky is still not falling!
3) Trump have betrayed one more of his promises caving to the treasonous Congress! Due to his disgraceful capitulation in the 2016, when he chose to not expose the 2008-2016 usurpation and treason of the Congress, now Trump has no choice but caving to that Congress. By capitulating before that Congress and his handlers, he became their accomplice and hostage for the rest of his presidency.

This was a spending BILL, and not a federal BUDGET. Mr. Trump can do whatever he wants with the money, just as Obama did when he had no budget for 8 years and pushed through bills such as this one. No one knows where that money went.
He may take the money slated for Planned Parenthood and build the wall. He can do that. The provisions in the bill were ‘suggestions’ only. Mr. Trump is free to do anything with that money.
Good for you. Let’s end Trump’s Presidency and fill the post with a professional politician. I am sick of all the Trump voters that are so impatient and are too stupid to understand that maybe Trump is smarter than the politicians, media and the Trump voters that fly off the handle.
