THE “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” CLAUSE

(Nov. 24, 2017) — “What is it you want?” the reporter snardly belittled me in his query. “What do you Birthers want?” The inquiry came out disingenuous, as if the answer could not possibly amount to anything remotely considered valuable by any intelligence.
I thought for just a moment, then came flashing lightning and rolling thunder in a cloudless sky – ” To be appreciated as a Term of Art.”
The implications stunned and silenced the reporter. He withered with the thoughts furiously typing across his mind. Had he become the Destroyer of Art? Was he the vigilante gripping the exacto knife in palm hidden in his sleeve ready to slash and run; the arsonist stacking the canvases high for the torch waiting for orders from the little mustache man; was he now the murderer tangled in a web of contorted mental derangement plotting for his insatiable need for attention?
He felt his perspiration begin and the hot flash followed by a spell of cold. Was he getting sick. “I’m…I’ll,” he stammered. “Must be something I ate for lunch. Let me get with you later. I’ll call you. At your convenience, of course.” He was tripping over furniture and fumbling at the door like someone who realized he was just about to be caught shoplifting.
In my own life as an artist in the sculpting, pencil, music, writing and horsemanship of dressage mediums, I’ve recognized that the Destroyer always comes for the Art in a jealous fit of rage over the beauty I have created and defended.
Some may fancy this as a purge, reconstruction, or necessary fix for progress, the burning trees shuttering with the high winds their spark ignited.
Mincing words of “Hope and Change” justly defending their intended purposes, but there is no mistake they are Destroyers of Art.
They celebrate high seats of power in the Legislative and Judicial Branches like rats glued to them by cravings for peanut butter, while reporters- the new court-jesters- write glowing stories of their heroism in destroying the Art.
Being an artist is anything at times but easy. It creates a deep-seated appreciation, sometimes envy for the beauty of simple and plain.

T.J. Bow, ALL Citizens are NOT “Natural-Born Citizens” but ALL NBCs are “Citizens”. If the founders believed that any “Tom,Dick and Harry” born on U.S. soil were NBCs then, pray tell, WHY did they use the terms of art “Citizen” AND “Natural-Born Citizen” to differentiate who could be a Senator or Congressman and who could be President and VP? ALL the Judges who ruled that an NBC is other than “one born IN the U.S. to parents who are both U.S. Citizens themselves” have ignored no less then (4) SCOTUS rulings and have violated their judicial oaths.
I’m not sure why Cody Judy does not respect the rulings of state judges generally or the state judge specifically who heard his case. Regardless, in addition the judges that he specified, Judge Gibney, a federal judge in Virginia, dismissed an eligibility challenge, and wrote that it is well settled that those born in the United States are considered natural-born citizens. And the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed that ruling.
Cody Judy is correct that no one disagrees that those born in the United to two citizen parents is a natural-born citizen. The judges who have considered the eligibility issue, however, all ruled that natural-born citizenship is not limited to only that category; all those born in the United States (regardless of the parents’ citizenship) are natural-born citizens.
Given an executive branch Judge in Georgia and a State Court Judge in Indiana , I’m thinking no Federal Judge has ruled but dismissed claims on other terms refusing to uphold the Constitution on terms of defining ( natural born Citizen, or Citizen at the Time of the Adoption of this Constitution ie Art. II., Sect. 1, C-8.
WE do know Judges are suppose to uphold the Law, and attempts to [Amend] the definition actually unopposed in Congress have failed. We also have The House confirming in the Judiciary Committee testimony Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents (2000)

No one, not a single Judge, disagreess however one born in the U.S to Citizen Parents ,( not even T.F. BOW ) is a (natural born Citizen).
This is a consensus, and U.S. history agrees.
OOOH! Fogbow. You lost your cool!!!! Never saw you so upset before. Suppose you name one judge who has ruled that Obama is eligible and why.

Rosemary is also free to believe that 60 million baby boomers were taught that birth in the United States to two U.S. citizen parents is required to confer natural-born citizenship. Yet Rosemary provides no evidence that such scholarship ever actually occurred; nor does she provide a textbook from that era in support of her proposition.
Regardless of what may have been once taught generations ago, every judge who has considered the eligibility issue has ruled that birth in the United States is sufficient to confer natural-born citizenship. Rosemary is free to join Robert Laity in believing every judge is wrong, but she (and Laity) should not be surprised that most people think the law is what real judges in real courts hearing real cases say the law is.
T.F. Bow- Would that be as in The Fogbow.com????? TF Bow for short? You always pop up in an eligibility conversation. Your website says that your goals are to debunk myths and sway opinions. Would Fogbow be as in the Fogbow scandels?
You really should give up. Robert Laity’s NBC statement is 100% correct. You will never convince 60 million baby boomers schooled in American History and the US constitution that only one parent confers citizenship. Obama was and is a fraud and a criminal.
A Natural Born citizen is one born in this land to TWO American citizens. Period.
Robert Laity and Cody Judy are free, of course, to believe whatever they desire, but every judge who has ruled on the eligibility issue has concluded that birth in the United States is sufficient to confer natural-born citizenship.
