“PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS BORN IN THE UNITED STATES”

(May 19, 2017) — Hundreds of millions of Americans are watching. The biggest stage in American Politics is the Office of the President, and Republicans are now in the cross-hairs of witnessing, grappling, and evaluating the man they elected just six months ago on the brink of formal impeachment hearings with the alleged WaterGate-Type stumble President Trump made in the alleged hazy clouded lines of obstruction of justice. In the proceedings against former national security adviser Mike Flynn after just 24 days on the job, the May 9th firing of FBI Director James Comey has now become the focus based on statements in meetings and inferred as recorded by both President Trump and allegedly Comey in some fashion.
President Trump tweeted Comey better not become a loose cannon to the MSM with the threat:
“James Comey better hope that there are no ‘tapes’ of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!” wrote Trump at 8:26 a.m. Friday.”
Afterwards, NYT reports that Comey allegedly wrote a Memo of a meeting with President Trump:
“I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go,” Mr. Trump told Mr. Comey, according to the memo. “He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.” the president told Mr. Comey.
Mr. Trump’s request is the vague evidence that he has allegedly tried to directly influence the Justice Department and F.B.I. investigation into links between Mr. Trump’s associates and the Russian government in an ongoing narrative the Democrats have pushed hard.
Late Tuesday, Representative R-UT Jason Chaffetz, the Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee, did demand that the F.B.I. turn over by May 24 all “memoranda, notes, summaries and recordings” of discussions between Mr. Trump and Mr. Comey which should air the Truth of Comey’s Witness. Acting FBI Director McCabe under oath recognized no interference in FBI investigation to specifically asked questions that seem to back Trump’s assertions.
The U.S. Justice Department, in the face of rising pressure from Capitol Hill, named former FBI chief Robert Mueller on Wednesday as special counsel to investigate alleged Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election and possible collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Putin.
Vice President Mike Pence announced a new Leadership PAC, “Great America Committee,” seen by many to be a war chest for Election Wednesday. Just a few days ago Hillary Clinton announced a new fundraising CHARITY 401(c)4, “Onward Together” that allows for donors to remain anonymous and for donors to give all they want. Democrat fundraising for Congress has surged with more steam than all of MT. St. Helen in 2015.
Many don’t remember the 18 1/2-minute gap that served as incriminating evidence in the Nixon Watergate scandal that led to President Nixon’s resignation from the Office of the President. This is the sort of thing that Trump opened himself up to inferring when he said, “Comey better hope there were no tapes of our conversation.” That statement opens up the question for Congress to subpoena White House tapes in an investigation and Comey’s alleged memo has already met with a Congressional subpoena.
Trump supporters may not realize the Tumultuous Trump Clouds overhead or even how Trump could open himself up to such until they realize Trump’s mouth may have gotten him in to the White House but it could also be his mouth that ends his term prematurely.
It’s true, besides Trump’s interview on The View wherein the only thing that was discussed was President Obama’s eligibility and Trump’s repeated phrase, “I think he should show his Birth Certificate” which garnered him boos and hisses, Trump outside of the bullhorn arena has done nothing as or in an elected office before becoming President of the United States besides write checks to both Republican and Democrats who were in elections.
When he did enter the presidential race of 2016, he all but suspended The Birthers View when just a month and a half before the 2016 Election and prior to the final Sheriff Joe Arpaio Press Conference held in December 2016 presenting 9 POINTS of FORGERY on Obama’s Birth Certificate, Trump said,
“President Obama was born in the United States — period.”

The last eligibility lawsuit was heard this past June 1st in New York courts. Any word from Robert Laity on how it went.
If a President were impeached by congress and then tried by the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court for ALLEGED obstruction of justice the penalty would be, but could not be more then, removal from office.
My concern is that after said trial in the senate and a vote to remove a president from office, he or she then becomes subject to criminal prosecution for the actual crime accused of. A president has the same 5th Amendment rights as any other.
Consider this. IF the former president is found “NOT GUILTY” in a subsequent criminal trial would he be REINSTATED to the Presidency?
I am of the belief that a President SHOULD NOT and cannot be impeached on an allegation of wrongdoing. A president must be convicted FIRST before being removed from office.

Unfortunately, the subject of [ natural born Citizen] for the Office of President requires doing just that.
In a Democrat and have pointed out the faults of Obama in this respect. One of the most talented and gifted individuals I’ve ever seen.
Democrats have seen me in a negative light and I’m a Democrat. I’ve critized him for running as a Fraud.
Republicans enjoyed it didn’t they, but only a handful supported it. Seriously?
Republicans have many more Presidential Candidates running in 2016 who were ineligible. Republicans in 2008 hated me for criticising Sen. John McCain for not being eligible by the principle of his native citizenship to Panama.
More Republicans don’t like Sen. McCain now, then did not like him as their Presidential Nominee in 2008.
Being cast un a negative light and not being popular with a group opposed to the Constitution and it’s requirements when it doesn’t jive with what they want, seems to go hand-in-hand, for it has been my lot in taking a true stand for our Constitution.
I hope my critism of individuals for a Principle of the Constitution is True equally for Americans of any political party.
My own flaws make good sport for dismissing my actions in Court thus far but they are not the subject.
Cody, I am on your side, but consider coming to a stop and switch tracks. You need not reveal
the “flaws” of others, this puts you in a negative light and takes away from your messages and
your energy as well as your focus. Perception is everything as well as many other factors.
Image also matters and words matter. Eyes are on you, therefore be real and true. You have
been somewhat negative and have played the “little guy card” too much.
In many things that you’ve done you have brought light to the subject that Obama is a fraud.
However, I think you could market yourself a bit better. At times it is best not to make claims,
only for it to damage you in the end, and “always” refrain from them, but be careful in making
claims without solid proof.
Would emphasize in 2011 when Trump was on “The View” and Receiving the Award of the Contract from the GSA’s Obama Appointed Director, that he was [not] a Presidential Candidate, but acting purely as a Public Businessmen.
What he did would not be really outside the specific role he played. He did not have [standing] and he did know what that was, as later in a 2016 Debate he mentioned “and i have standing to sue] to Sen. Ted Cruz he was challenging in the Constitutional Qualification arena.
Sen Cruz was proving to be Trump’s Toughest Competitor and Trump chose a Constitutional Smackdown on a National Public Debate Stage as his tool of choice.
This demonstrated Trump using a double edge sword. One side to gain a foothold as a businessman and a following, and one side as a Candidate.
I believe this is the very quantifiable damage that can take place when the Courts fail the Constitution for the little guy, so-to-speak, and two Standards in the Constitution exist for rich and poor.
In this case, with the Office of President at large, the Office itself becomes the subject of blackmail for the crooked and elite strategies.
However, it could be that if the Court Re-established a Constitutional Standards of born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, the leverage Trump had would disappear.
This could affect his current Term and might affect a second term in a re-election debate.
His business contract probably would not be affected, which is why I think Trump played it the way he did. .. but let’s be honest.
Going on “The View” isn’t that easy. You don’t call up and invite yourself. Their guest are invited. And the same month, he gets the prize property bid? That just cut things pretty close.
Wasn’t illegal at all for Trump as a businessman at the Time to do it.. cost Trump some shame by the Media as discrimination.
The MSM has been satisfied so far to leave the narrative as is and not portray Trump as having done Obama a ” favor” in order to receive a business “favor” himself.
In the business world that’s all ethical and it’s the Politicians who get hammered for it in public elections if unethical actions are to broad.. but that’s what lobbying is all about for businesses.
What I am saying, is if I was Trump worth 10B and he were me running for President on a shoestring, I lend the man a hand when he reaches for help in a certified letter, because it’s important to me after going on The View.
That’s just my heart. . Proving Trump’s works differently.

I don’t see Trump being for sale nor inclined to be bribed or swayed for any reason. Trump took a stand against Obama’s fraudulent credentials and made several statements when many avoided it and remained mute. Further, Trump had obtained and received solid evidence and proof that Obama is an USURPER from at least a hand-full of credible sources.
If anyone can expose Obama, it will be Trump, and in his timing.
@ Jeffrey Harrison, I agree. POTUS Trump is a businessman who understands timing is critical to successful negotiations. My hope is that after he has gained serious “street fred” (i.e. Build the Wall & jobs,jobs,jobs), he will open serious investigations in to the fraudulent bc. He is up against tremendous odds investigating a multitude of crimes committed by the previous administrations, from 9-11 on. For now, Im pleased w the crack down on illegals, giving border control LEO back the rule of law, busting pedos, human traffickers, shutting dwn sanctuary cities, arresting ms13 gang members etc. Hopefully the murder of Mr Rich, weiner/abedin duo, will open the can of worms at the DNC & reveal the filth podesta, lead to more investigations of the clintons where Lock Her Up will happen. Patience & Faith – let’s pray our hopes aren’t dashed.

It is difficult to see a “Big Picture” sometimes from a seat a mile away. Your thought of Trump “waiting for the right time” is an intriguing one.
I don’t know if you were able to watch the Video “Rewarding Forgery Awarding Fraud” but if you did , especially at the 9m30sec mark , you would see that Trump went on “The View” as is also seen earlier on the Video, in March 2011 and also received the winning bid on the “Old Post Office” by Obama Appointed Director of GSA in March 2011. Imagine the Timing of winning a bid at the same time you are supposedly dunking the Contractor? Also consider the outrage of other bidders more experienced and their SHOCK!
Trump was [not] running for President at that Time. I believe Obama set this up prior to his unfurling of the Long Form BC, and Trump was the perfect person to promote what the MSM used as a debunking and end to the challenges against his Eligibility and Qualification question.
No other Elected Official could OR would want to withstand the Racist Tidal wave which erupted in the MSM, and Trump had no interest in supporting Birthers in 08 prior or after Obama’s first national win. Nothing really till 2011.
Trump with 10B didn’t spend 1 dime on assistance with attorneys or expenses Birthers endured. That’s unusual with such a high publicity stunt?
To go on The View and announce what shortly came to pass worth Obama’s release, and receive a controversial winning bid on a coveted prime property in DC which Trump had never before been in is quintessential to being paid as an announcer for what was coming.
It also put Obama in charge of the rollout.
It’s very difficult for #Republicans to put their arms around the concept of Trump working for Obama for a Prize Property. It’s the ultimate in stab in the back and sell out of the Constitution and thus Americans.
Unfortunately for Trump his Record shows not one dime put into Birthers Legal and or Official Court Record, what amounted to a phony story about his own Hawaii Investigation without a shred of evidence for it, and his Prize Property obtained the SAME month as his Climax Performance on The View tells us a much different story of reality.
I believe this is at the Heart of [Why] the MSM is so angry! Trump kept his mouth shut about the fraud/forgery he participated in as a choir boy, but he used the Political Platform to launch to the Office of Presibut, against them.
Democrats could hardly fathom such would work, but they were prohibited from exposing it because it would throw Obama under the bus simultaneously. Their hands were tied except to ridicule in debate they thought would work. It didn’t.
It was a game of leverage, Trump’s favorite tool.
I just can’t get past these Facts and the Big Picture created along with my own personal experience begging, and officially begging Trump for help to a “Wall of Silence”.
Trump himself has put it behind him based on the [exact] same reason Obama wanted to… after obtaining the office.. ” more pressing matters”

I am a huge fan and supporter of you. I appreciate all your efforts, you are a bright person and
a great fighter. You have put a lot on the line. You are indeed, a one man Army.
I understand why you and many others consider that Trump has come down from the soap
box. He too had put a lot of effort and energy into the fraud of Obama. While he hasn’t spoken
or mentioned the Obama fraud in some time, could it be a mistake for him to take action until
it’s (the right time)?
Trump has done a lot about it and currently he has to address business and issues at hand. Also, he needs to get some “street cred” and get some things done. Then I would expect
Trump to blast Obama when no one would expect it.
Obama may very well have been “Born in the US”. As we all know, mere birth in the US is NOT sufficient to be President. One must be born in the US TO PARENTS WHO ARE BOTH US CITIZENS themselves. That did not happen with Obama. Obama, as I said nine years ago, and continue to say today, is NOT a “Natural Born [US] Citizen”.
