“LIKELY SIGNIFICANT”

In the video, PV founder James O’Keefe said that Hillary Clinton, the DNC and Democrat political action committees “broke the law” by coordinating a plan to send people in Donald Duck costumes to Trump events with the articulated purpose of inciting violence.
O’Keefe’s two earlier videos released last week show that Democrat operatives Robert Creamer and Scott Foval paid individuals, some of whom are mentally ill, to disrupt Trump rallies. The activity was called “birddogging” by Foval, an operative who resigned his leadership position at Americans United for Change after PV’s first two videos were posted.
“The duck was Hillary’s idea,” O’Keefe said during his narration of the video.
O’Keefe said that the coordination among the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and “third-party” groups is a violation of 52 USC 30116(a)(7)(B)1-11.
