WHO WILL WIN?

(Sep. 17, 2016) — The Birther Debate has never been just about Obama. It’s never been just about Color, but it is about a qualification of Time, The time it takes to be a [natural born Citizen] i.e., Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
It’s not America saying you shouldn’t marry a foreigner, or even that you shouldn’t take your spouse and go drop some kids in a foreign country, or we will abandon you. No, America still offers American citizenship in the varying states of Congress’s Naturalization ACTS, but you simply would not qualify for the Office of President.
Of course if politics is your thing, the Office of a U.S. Senator, the Office of U.S. Representative, maybe even a U.S. Supreme Court Justice, can be yours. Those offices are open to all American Citizens meeting the age requirements differing in every office.
Now there have only been 42 constitutionally-qualified U.S. Presidents and two unqualified; Barack Obama joins with Chester Arther in the alt- Qualification Department, or Usurper.
Fifty days before the election, and who would have guessed Obama’s qualification would mean so much to Hillary Clinton?
She raised it as a pejorative against GOP Republican Candidate Donald Trump yesterday at a Black Women’s Conference saying Donald Trump for five years has been the Birther movement leader and that he owed Barack Obama and America an apology.
Donald Trump, of course, offered $5 Million to a Charity of Obama’s Choice if he’d be more transparent in his identity documents such as college entry and passport records that would collaborate with his three-year-long released long-form birth certificate many called fabricated. Of course the long-form fabrication Obama released gives him a dual inherited allegiance which shatters any possibility of meeting the Time Frame associated with [natural born Citizen], i.e., Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
It’s true, Donald Trump at this stage of the election doesn’t give a hoot about Obama’s qualification. Obama only has a few months left, and what Donald needs now to win the election is a few more Black and Brown votes against which Hillary Clinton is throwing a mote up with all the grenades she can throw at him calling him racist for questioning Obama’s legitimacy under the Constitution but framing it as a racist demand.
However, that might be a very big handicap. Mr. Trump is, shall I say, being set up; let me explain. If it’s a question of eligibility Mr. Trump is referring to in saying “Mr. Obama was born in the U.S.,” he could be hamstrung if he wins and challenges, say, anything Obama ever signed such as Obamacare, which would technically be a moot piece of paper without a qualified President’s signature on it.

Appreciate all the comments here. I certainly understand Linda’s sentiment as far as Trump saying what he must to clarify he is at least acknowledging Hawaii’s Officials in their Heath Department as Recording Obama’s birth in Hawaii.
Mr. Trump also recognized Obama as ‘Pres’ as consistently as he did in 2011. The video relates this exactly.
If the black caucus only acknowledges Obama’s Birth in Hawaii as the point of difficulty, Obama and Hillary have a tough point to sell now as far as Trump as a Birther who won’t acknowledge Hawaii Health Records.
This really only helps Trump, get more votes from that caucus. Look what happened.

How much is this attributed to Hillary’s Health Hazard and how much is attributed to the Birther Debate is not clear. Both dominated main Stream News coverage.
The only revelation now that might hurt Trump is if Obama’s found not born in Hawaii by some new revelation. Then however Hillary’s hurt equally.
Trump has to my knowledge never admitted on camera ” inherited Citizenship from father and mother” were factors in the
[natural born Citizen] Qualification.

Politically, as I expressed Trump’s kept the safe door open by not calling Obama a [ natural born Citizen ] , so I also agree with Mr. Laity in there is no [natural born Citizen] qualified Obama but there is a DeFacto President.
Of course the technical points will be worked out after the Election when Policies collide with Principles in an achievement of Agenda.
If Trump wants to lay waist to Obamacare he could do so after being Elected with the Executive Powers to investigate and crack open the safe. A Trump A.G. attorney general could be assigned to do anything in the interest of legal dissemination which is what Obama fears most in his ” Legacy “.
The press has not pushed respect for Obama’s father ever on the Hawaii Birth Certificate. In fact, they push dis-honoring Obama’s father as hard as they can. This is a great holding point for Trump if he’s so inclined.
Trump’s got Options on this Principle is what I’m saying and he’shall still holding aces.
I must disagree with Linda. Trump should have stuck to his guns. I sent his attorneys information on the Obama usurpation. I am highly disappointed that he chose to drop the issue. I agree with Linda Starr.
If we, if not assisted by at least not thwarted by Mr. Trump should he become our next president, don’t publically expose Obama for the fraud he is and effect if not his prosecution at least the undoing of everything he has done acting as president, then we have lost our Constitution and, in turn, our country.
We have to save the country, #1.
If Trump is not going to make this a priority (in order to get elected, and then because one human being only has so many hours in the day to follow through with the promises and duties of being president) that doesn’t mean that any one (or more) of all the rest of the citizens (and legislators) of this country cannot pursue the fact that Obama is either not eligible due to the location of his birth and/or the fact that he is not a natural born citizen.
At least Trump would not be an obstacle and would maybe be of help if the facts were brought to public light (as they already should have been).
Mr. Trump has taken on the burden of saving America…please do not hamper him with the Obama eligiblity issue at this time.
He already did more about that than most other people.
