INFECTIOUS DISEASES ARRIVING IN U.S. BROUGHT BY ILLEGAL ALIENS

(Jun. 1, 2016) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to yet another exciting and informative segment of ‘Pulse of the Nation.’ We’ve been invited back to our nation’s capital to meet with a recently retired 30-year employee of ICE, the department of the government that’s been tasked with keeping a handle on immigration.
“Welcome to our show. You mind introducing yourself?”
“Matter-of-fact, I do mind. If your cameraman will stop filming me, I’ll take this paper bag off. Okay, thanks. No, no names and no faces. Aim at the memorials, cherry trees and the gawking tourists. Now I’m ready to spill the beans, so pay attention.
“Clearly there’s advantages of air travel over sea travel. A trip from New York City to London by air is just a ‘red-eye,’ while the same trip by ship is almost a week. And the reverse is also true, but not as advantages, and I’ll tell you why.
“People who arrived to our country by ship had days to be detected if they had some strain of infectious disease. Not so with air travel. Forgive my explaining abilities: all I ever did for the government was to write reports, week after week, year after year, so bear with me.
“I’m not here to discuss the Wright Brothers or Ellis Island. What I wanted to spill the beans on are the illegal immigrants in our country today and coming across our borders as we speak. I’m not going to tell you the official percentage of the illegal immigrants who are carrying infectious diseases, because you wouldn’t believe me, but I will say this: 20% of the illegal immigrants who cross our southern border are carriers of diseases that were eradicated in our country decades ago, not to mention some strains of TB that are drug-resistant. Also they are infected with bugs we’ve never seen before outside of Africa and the bottom of the Third-World-country barrel.
“As I’m sure you’re aware, the two groups of people who are most at risk from infectious diseases are the very young and the very old. Let’s cross out the very old as a concern for this discussion and concentrate on our very young.
“The Oath of Office all of our politicians take upon entering their job says that they promise to keep us safe, but they are allowing — even to the point of encouraging – illegal immigrants infecting American citizens with deadly diseases. These politicians have failed miserably in their jobs, starting at the top in the Oval Office.
“So a family sneaking across the border ends up in Chicago and sends their kids to school, except little Pedro has tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is an easily transmitted and highly-infectious deadly disease; make no mistake about it. But it’s not the only one for us to have to concern ourselves with because our government has failed to honor THE PRIME OBJECTIVE: KEEPING US SAFE.
“And that’s all I’ve got to say: the potential of the harm of these little bugs killing Americans is very, very real. Trump wants to build a wall and deport all illegal immigrants, including the children of the illegal immigrants. I agree. It’s really a good first step to protect our country. Consider it a MUST first step. And that’s all I wanted to say. Thank you for letting me spew my warning to the public.”
“And thank you for inviting us down to hear your warning. Well, folks, you heard it: ‘The Silent Assassins’ are the deadly diseases that will, without a doubt, affect America that no one can possibly predict. Let’s say we be proactive, for once in our lives, and vote for Trump. And speaking of Trump: I’ve a suggestion for his VP, for what it’s worth: Betsy McCaughey. And so, on behalf of my crew, I’ll be wishing you all a good night: Goodnight.”
“Good show. Let’s grab a burger. My treat.”
