Spread the love

“OVERWHELMED BY INERTIA”

(Apr. 1, 2016) — [Editor’s Note:  The following letter was faxed to Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul D. Ryan on Thursday.]

Mr. Ryan; For the love of God, let’s have first things first. Most Americans, at least the few hundred I know don’t give a crap about your extra-curricular exercises on display in your wasteful, egotistical updates. Damn it, son, do your job, do what needs doing. Flex the congressional muscle!

This nation, whether you realize it or not, is in a fight for its very survival. Unfortunately, you and your colleagues appear to be overwhelmed by inertia. There is far too much important work to be undertaken for you to be socializing. Your father was a lawyer, you are not; so, get Mr. Goodlatte, Mr. Gowdy, Mr. Jordan, Mr. Gohmert and the remainder of the Judiciary Committee to prepare Articles of Impeachment against Obama, Jarrett, Kerry, Biden and others. You may even become President for a day or even more, by default! We, as a Republic have become a runaway landslide to oblivion.

Are you completely oblivious to our mortal danger, the leader of which sits on his worthless, incompetent, atheist, arrogant, narcissistic a** in the Oval Office. Is it all just fun and games for you idiots in Washington? You cannot lead from behind the Capitol Dome or a selfie with some over-awed Boy Scouts. Get back in the House Chamber, relieve the Speaker Pro Tempore, Gavel the House to order, send the Whip, Mr. Scalise, out to round up every member, Call the House to order and speak up. “Ladies and gentlemen of this Hallowed Chamber, we are going to impeach a Traitor.” Do that for which you were elected by your colleagues. Protect and defend! It is your job; do it!

Dr. Thomas E. Davis, Colonel, USA (Ret)

Bravo Mr Davis! Harsh but just words. May be that only language they understand (hopefully).
