Sir: Are you attempting to emulate your worthless predecessor? John Boehner was an absolute coward; he had Character, BAD Character. He lied, he stalled, he was wishy-washy. John Boehner was an absolute failure!
Barry Soetoro-Obama is all that and more; Obama is a TRAITOR. That is not simply an opinion, it is verifiable FACT; AND you know it. I just sent an email allegation to the U.S. Attorney for Washington, DC. I expect him to take action, and it is YOUR responsibility to impeach this imposter. Every patriotic American and every enemy knows that Obama cannot meet the specific standards set by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.
You are not, by any measure, even a passably capable leader, YET there is still hope for you; heroes are made or occasionally simply evolve. Circumstances have existed since early in this horrific 44th Administration for a stalwart hero to step forward and put an end to the maladministration of Barack Obama. He, alone and in concert with others, both Democrat and Republican, has blatantly violated his Oath of Office and YOU have violated yours as badly as did Boehner.
If you have read, at length, any constitutional history, you must know that our Founders wrestled long and hard over the question, “How to deal with an obnoxious executive.” Choices went from assassination, hanging, beheading, drawing and quartering until finally settling on “Impeachment.” You, Mr. Speaker, have the greatest opportunity you are likely to ever have to be a servant of the cause and the People or you can fumble your way back to Wisconsin in shame. IMPEACHMENT is most certainly in order for Obama and numerous others. For now, the object is to save this glorious Republic from further harm at the “pretender’s” whim.
I fully expect to hear, within the week, either from you or by the worthless TV Media, “Speaker Ryan has directed the House Judiciary Committee to prepare Articles of Impeachment to seek the Death Penalty for Barack Hussein Obama for the Crime of Treason under Article III, Section 3, Clause 1,” or in lieu thereof, a General Courts-Martial for violation of Article 104 of the UCMJ.

First of all, thanks to Mr.Hiller for your service and you comments and to Starbeau. I have read and studied the references you mentioned and many more. There appears to be a consensus that our faux president does indeed merit Impeachment. Our feckless and dilatory 114th Congress, as is their habit, are totally ignoring the majority of the citizenry either out of Politically misplaced and unwarranted loyalty to their campaign financiers or out of abject failure to render unto God and the citizenry their total devotion to Him and We the People. At the advanced age of 91, I have only three items on my “Bucket List.” Number one is to do all I am able in the time I am allotted, to bring about Judicial proceedings against the Traitor, Barry Soetoro-Obama before he is given a grand sendoff, a far too generous retirement package and allowed to carry with him every piece of National Foreign Intelligence and our Defensive Plans. I doubt we have an extradition treaty with Qatar, where Soetoro-Obama has already purchased a multi-Million dollar retirement property. I am beginning to believe that Benjamin Franklin’s method of handling an “Obnoxious Chief Executive” was appropriate and warranted in his precise case. Franklin’s method–ASSASSINATION! Who in 1787 would have thought that any future president would be a TRAITOR, a threat to the very existence of the Republic? That is and, in 1787 was, a frightening thought. Tom Davis
When I was in the Marines (quite a while ago) a fellow Corporal made a remark to me that trying to talk to a particular Sergeant was like talking to a brick wall. I responded that at least the brick wall would stay there and listen while the Sergeant would walk away.

Impeachment is not the answer. It would drag out forever, plus it would not solve the problem of ineligibility.
Natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. That definition from Vattel can be traced (the documents are still available) directly from Vattel through Ben Franklin to John Jay’s (first Supreme Court Chief Justice)letter to George Washington and to the Committee of Eleven who actually put the suggestion into Article II, Section I, Clause 5. The only change from Vattell’s definition is the capital “C” in natural born Citizen.
No natural born Citizen may have a foreign parent. Period! The foreign father claimed by Obama is prima facie evidence that he was ineligible at the time of his election and still is today.
