DEMOCRAT NATIONAL COMMITTEE HAS BEEN SUED BEFORE BY A CANDIDATE

(Dec. 19, 2015) — The Friday Night Fight broke out between the Pres. Candidate Hillary Clinton Camp and the 2016 Pres. Candidate Bernie Sanders Camp, in the Democratic Party Presidential Contest. The commotion very quickly became the subject of a federal lawsuit spotlighted in the Main Stream Media as Bernie Sanders filed suit against the Democratic National Committee or DNC.
[The internal warfare exploded after the DNC cut off Sanders from the database and said the Vermont senator’s presidential campaign exploited a software error to improperly access confidential voter information collected by Hillary Clinton’s team.] READ a copy of the lawsuit. The suit contends what Sanders Camp believes is the DNC favor towards Clinton.
Now while it might appear to be obvious to everyone the way the DNC has curtailed debates literally opposed by every candidate, including very nostalgic whispers from Clinton, it is one of those things that are known, but harder to prove.
The DNC has continually asserted the Debates that propelled Barack Obama in 2008 to winning the Democratic National Nomination were just too much, too many, and that it was a distraction for the candidates who had plenty of “other ways” to connect with the voters.
The candidates have pointed out that the DNC is blowing a huge chance for the American Public to meet the candidates in a volume really unprecedented. For example, nearly all the Republican Debates held on week days, (3) thus far, have garnered audiences of 20 Million+, and the DNC is really bent with an attitude of, “Well, its decided already anyway for us and the Nation, in a Hillary Clinton coronation.”
As a candidate for President myself, any attempt to contact the DNC and assert privilege of the Database they have in forwarding messages to the voters in the Democratic Party have been rebuffed with silence and of course it isn’t fair at all.

Cody Robert Judy offers a much more central message for the Democratic Party with the defense he offers towards preserving protecting and defending the Constitution and your Civil Rights. Its a clear message that has not been exposed or made available as a choice to the general public to say the least by the Main Stream Media, but as we see, they are very much aware of the Fight Cody has been engaged in taking a stand for the Constitution.

[For example, a man named Cody Robert Judy sued the DNC in 2015 for allowing Barack Obama to appear on the ballot in 2008 and 2012. Judy believes Obama wasn’t born in America and is thus ineligible to serve as president. More importantly, Judy mounted his own ill-fated run for Presidency in 2012 (as a Democrat), and is running again in 2016. So, there you have it – He’s a candidate who’s sued the DNC, and a Democratic one to boot. Not surprisingly, the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed his lawsuit. IP But obviously, Judy is a super-fringe, no-shot candidate. What about someone with a serious shot at winning? ]
