The Assembly Codes Committee to consider a vote on 8 SAFE Act Repeal Bills.

For 2½ years WE have prodded, pushed and fought. WE Did NOT Quit – WE Did NOT Back Down. WE have come a very long way and achieved more than Status-Quo thought possible – Big Money – Big Power – But WE are still here!!!!

Wednesday is a HUGE day. On Wednesday, FULL Repeal can “die in Committee” OR be brought forward to the Assembly Floor for a vote. If WE show up in LARGE numbers WE CAN Push FULL Repeal of the SAFE Act to a decisive action.

WEDNESDAY YOUR PRESENCE IN ALBANY IS NEEDED – Yes, YOU CAN BE THE PERSON WHO MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

You know the SAFE Act is bad, unpopular legislation.

The citizens of New York have supplied every one of you with reams of facts, figures and evidence on why the SAFE Act MUST be FULLY Repealed. We now inform you of how political poison WILL be turned into a political Asset for YOU.
Turn Political Poison into a Political Asset:
People admire admission when an error was made. Admit the unintentional corruption it caused. This WILL have a total positive effect on lawmakers across the spectrum of ALL people. FULLY Repeal the SAFE Act!
At the same time, introduce a broader form of Mark’s Law, broader by the fact that Mark’s Law will increase penalties for criminal violence not only committed upon law enforcement and first responders but also to include criminal violence committed on ALL people. Political Poison will then be YOUR Political Asset.
NOTE: Curtailing violent crime was the intention of the SAFE Act, and this is what will fulfill the people’s hopes and desires. This will unite government with the people by admitting a mistake, correcting the mistake and implementing a new statute that really does reduce criminal violence and make citizens SAFER. It turns political poison into a political asset.
