“WE HAVE TRACTION”

by Sharon Rondeau

(Nov. 19, 2014) — On Wednesday evening, The Post & Email was notified that the North American Law Center had posted a letter written by two congressmen to Obama to “demand” that he “work with Congress to enact legislation to address our broken immigration system” and “respect the Constitution.”

Reps. Robert Goodlatte and Michael McCaul are the authors of the letter.

Earlier on Wednesday, The Washington Post reported that Obama will announce plans to administratively change immigration policy by “executive action” rather than waiting for Congress to pass or amend current federal law, which is its constitutional function.

In an op-ed published in Politico Magazine, Sen. Ted Cruz deplored Obama’s “lawlessness,” to which The Post & Email responded in an open letter which will also be mailed to Cruz’s Washington, DC office.

In an email alert, the United States Patriots Union (USPU) wrote:

Our members and leaders have been in contact with members of Congress for the past three days and hours after our official statements yesterday and today, the following official letter of warning was issued to Barack Hussein Obama….

Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee issued a very stern warning to Obama HERE

House Republicans followed our lead and wrote the letter almost identical to our recommendations….

The conclusion of the letter reads:

.”…Let’s secure the border, enforce our immigration laws in the interior of the United States, and build a broad consensus for immigration reform.  Otherwise, as the chairmen of the committees with oversight over border security and our nation’s immigration laws, we will be forced to use the tools afforded to Congress by the Constitution to stop your administration from successfully carrying out your plan.

  1. Is this the same congress who we didn’t hear one peep out of as LTC Terry Lakin was being railroaded in a kangaroo Court Martial?
Is this the same congress who we didn’t hear one peep out of since January 20th, 2009 about the usurper’s Constitutionally ineligibility?
Here’s the bet: find one Bookie out there who’d take the bet as to whether congress has the guts to do anything. I mean, look at their track record.
If you owned a company and congress was your employees, how long would it take you to fire them all?
    a. one minute
    b. one hour
    c. one day
    d. one week
Answer is at the end. No peeking.
The answer to the quiz is: a: one minute.

  2. This is the ULTIMATE GRAND SHOWDOWN. There is zero ambiguity from the constitution as to what is allowed and what is not allowed. If Malcolm X jr. (Soetoro) follows through as he has threatened ( despite admitting 23 times on recorded video that the president has no such amnesty authority), then Congress is duty-bound to impeach and remove and punish his treason. This is a flashback — THIS IS THE GUN FIGHT SHOOT OUT AT THE OK CORRAL ! !
