Atty. Larry Klayman Sues Obama over Ebola Threat, Demands Removal of Obama by Immigration Authorities

CLAIMS OBAMA REGIME SUPPORTING “FOREIGN TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS”

(Oct. 14, 2014) — A former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor has filed a lawsuit naming Obama, his Homeland Security and Health and Human Services secretaries, and the respective directors of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centers for Disease Control as defendants for allowing travelers from Ebola-infected countries entry into the United States.

Klayman has formerly convened a citizens’ grand jury which indicted Obama last September for “defrauding the American people and Floridians by proffering them with a fake birth certificate.”  More recently, Klayman filed a 22-page petition to Enforcement Removal Operations officer Thomas Homan and two other government officials asking that Barack Hussein Obama be deported from the country based on his alleged illegal alien status.

Filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Klayman’s lawsuit alleges that the defendants have provided “material support to Foreign Terrorist Organizations” by exposing the plaintiff and others to the deadly Ebola virus which is ravaging the West African nations of Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.  “Defendant Obama onbehalf of himself values an African-Black and Muslim life more than he does the lives of persons from the Caucasion [sic] or other races and religions, and this is reflected in his and the other Defendants’ actions with regard to allowing past and continued entry of persons from Ebola stricken Liberia and the rest of West Africa into the United States, despite the likelihood of an epidemic occurring .”

Ebola has killed more than 4,000 people and has spread to a nurse in Spain; a nurse who cared for now-deceased Liberian Thomas Eric Duncan in Dallas, TX; and possibly to Australia.

In an interview with Erik Rush on Tuesday, Lt. Scott Bennett stated that the U.S. Justice Department has systematically imprisoned whistleblowers, including himself, who have exposed the flow of money from Swiss bank accounts to terrorist groups such as ISIS, which seeks to establish an Islamic caliphate in the Middle East and perhaps beyond.

The New York Times reported that many Iraqis believe that ISIS is a creation of the CIA.  While Obama ordered air strikes against ISIS beginning in early August, several retired military generals have opined that it is a half-hearted effort to defeat the brutal Islamic jihadi group which has decimated minority populations in Iraq and seeks to overtake Baghdad, its capital.

On Tuesday, the CDC announced a new plan to combat Ebola, according to Stuart Varney of the Fox News Channel.  The Obama regime has maintained that flights from Ebola-affected nations do not need to be halted in the face of the disease having spread to the U.S.  Klayman believes that the Ebola virus is being used for “terrorism as germ warfare.”

In both his deportation petition and lawsuit, Klayman claimed that Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States and harbors allegiance to Africa and “a kinship toward the Muslim world” (page 7).

Doubts about Obama’s citizenship and eligibility for the presidency arose in 2008 when Hillary Clinton was reported by multiple individuals to have said during a primary debate, “You can’t run for president; you’re not a natural born Citizen” (paraphrased).  MSNBC commentator Chris Matthews had stated on air that Obama was “born in Indonesia” and had a “Muslim background.”  Obama has demonstrated extraordinary outreach to Islamics both in the U.S. and throughout the world, and after his first inauguration, his first phone call was made to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of the Palestinian Authority.

Klayman’s lawsuit claims that Islamics, to whom Obama is sympathetic, could willingly “become infected to kill infidels…” as commanded by “their god Allah.”

Klayman claims that Obama is hostile to Jews, Christians, and Caucasians in general.  He claims he was likely exposed to Ebola while patronizing the Newark, NJ airport, where flights from countries impacted heavily by Ebola have landed.

Last December, Klayman’s lawsuit against the National Security Agency’s surveillance of American citizens not suspected of terrorism or criminal activity was ruled upon favorably by federal Judge Richard C. Leon, although his judgment was suspended pending the appeal of the Obama regime.

The U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” at least 35 years of age, and have resided for 14 continuous years within the U.S.  The only documentation Obama has released or which bears his name has been found to be fraudulent by a three-year criminal investigation carried out by the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse, which has promised a major release of new information, described as “gut-wrenching,” at some point in the future.

The posse determined after six months of investigation that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”  Congress has taken no action on the federal felony of forgery of a government record.

On page 15, Klayman describes Obama as “likely born in Kenya.”  No hospital anywhere has claimed his birth.

The Obama regime continues to allow approximately 150 people from West African nations to enter the United States through Newark and four other international airports, where they allegedly will be screened for signs of the illness.  “The Ebola virus is thus present on the physical aircraft flying the travel route between the Mediterranean area of Western Europe to Newark, New Jersey, and thus is present in the terminals of Newark airport,” Klayman wrote in his lawsuit.

He also objects to Obama’s having deployed U.S. soldiers to reportedly assist in building facilities in Liberia to combat Ebola.  The U.S. military has said very little publicly about the dispatching of up to 4,000 U.S. Army troops, who presumably will be at risk of contracting the disease.
