“THE TIME HAS COME TO ACT”

September 23, 2014
Dear Patriots,
As most of us know there are many states in this country which have sworn allegiance to the United States Constitution but have, over the years, ignored that agreement. Liberal politicians from both of the major parties have joined together in an unprecedented collusion, which has been a very successful effort to infringe on its citizens’ rights.  New Jersey is but one of those states, but it holds the dishonor of being one of the most egregious perpetrators.  TPATH, TeamNJ and several other groups (which will be named later) have decided enough is enough.
  1. Every day the possibility of terrorist attracts grows more an more likely as Islamic radicals are emboldened and our borders remain unsecured.
  2.  Rioting and civil unrest has shown, too, to be a very real threat to law-abiding citizens.
  3. The latest financial indicators point to massive bubbles far more dangerous than the housing crisis of a few years ago. When they burst, chaos from Wall Street to Main Street will reign.
  4. Any number of occurrences could create power outages across the country, as our grid remains poorly maintained and poorly protected from sabotage.

People of America and New Jersey, any one of these things or all of them could manifest themselves in a matter of hours or days.  You will be in the untenable position, thanks to your elected officials, of being unable to protect your family and your property as a result of the unconstitutional firearm laws which illegally reside on the books.  There will be no time to acquire weapons and ammunition for defense of your home and you may not have the opportunity to have in your possession a weapon that could save your life.  You will find yourself in that position for two main reasons.  One, of course, is the fact that your elected officials have placed you in that danger.  The other reason is, you failed to stop them from doing so.

The time has come to act.  With the assistance of some very-high powered groups, attorneys and retired judges, we are about to embark on the task of removing all those unconstitutional laws.    As the title of this web page indicates, we are authoring the 2nd Amendment Preservation and Protection Act (SAPPA).

Support for this bill and the work required of you to help make it a reality, is your chance to make a difference, to take a stand and to put yourself in a position to preserve the life of your family and your property, if ever, God forbid, it comes to that.

Everyone, please know that all of you are welcomed to this effort.  It matters not if you are a Democrat, a Republican, or an Independent voter, if you are an Assemblyman or a State Senator, or even you you have in the past, sponsored or supported these unconstitutional laws, if you are ready to make amends and make a difference you will be welcomed with open arms as we all strive to right those wrongs.

Below you will be able to read a description of The 2nd Amendment Preservation and Protection Act as prepared by the legal staff of this movement.

So what’s next?  What can you do?  What is the plan?
We will not be asking for donations or monetary support.
There is a form below, fill it out and submit it.
Send this email to all your contacts and ask them to do the same.

Once you as an individual or as a group has signed up to help this project you will be given a form to take to your legislator(s).  You will present this form to them, the politicians, and then ask them to sign it. The form will ask them to agree to either present or sponsor the 2nd Amendment Preservation and Protection Act.

There will be another form for you to take with you to use in the event your legislator will not agree to sign the first form.  This will list the day, date, time and place of your meeting in which you made the request of your representative.

More instructions will follow on what to do if they won’t sign the form which says they refused to support the (SAPPA).

Note: These forms you will be presenting and getting signed are a very big part of this effort.  We will explain just what part they will have at a later date.  We understand that many on both sides of the isle will not sign either form, and that is okay.  You will see.

As this process moves forward we will be posting the names of organizations and politicians which have signed on as well as another list of those who have not.  The many organizations which have signed up will make sure their members know who to support in the upcoming state elections, but the ramifications for those politicians who refuse to support this bill are greater than the election.

Description of and notes for
Article and 2nd Amendment Preservation and protection Act:

“We the People” of the State of New Jersey stand by our Constitution and the Bill of Rights as it is written, not interpreted by any judge, legislature or executive officer. The law of the land is positive and supreme and must be adhered too.

Article V of our Constitution states; “… The Senators and Representatives before  mentioned, and Members of several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United states and several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; ….”

The 2nd Amendment is unambiguous, “…the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

As required, each of you that represent us, took that oath to uphold our Constitution.  Violation of that oath is a high crime and misdemeanor and by law, those who violate it, must be removed from office. And too, any violation of that oath is tantamount to “deliberate indifference” and “reckless endangerment” and is a violation of the civil rights of the people.

Dangers lurk!
In that it is clear, war has been declared upon the people of the United States by genocidal Islamic maniacs who will select, for murder and mayhem, soft targets where the people are defenseless and unarmed.  With their unconstitutional gun laws, states such as New Jersey, present and announce themselves as such targets.

In the past, our Second Amendment has inhibited foreign invasion, as it will in the future, provided socialist politicians are prevented from diluting it.  Our Representatives need be reminded of the words of Isoroku Yamamoto, during WWII following the attack on Pearl Harbor:  “I would never invade the United States. There would be a gun behind every blade of grass.”

George Washington, schooled of history and prescient of the future stated; Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence … from the hour the Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurrences and tendencies prove that to ensure peace security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable … the very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference — they deserve a place of honor with all that’s good.”

Politicians who seek to remove your rights by casting legal gun owners into the same mold as criminals and terrorists, do so, they tell us, for the protection of the people.  But when one considers that legal gun owners out number criminals with guns by tens of thousands of times and yet, represent much less than 1/10 of one percent of the total crimes committed with fire arms, it becomes clear the only people they are really concerned about protecting are themselves and others partaking in unlawful governance.

In light of world volatility, “We the People” of New Jersey have chosen to take a stand.  The future of our country demands we never again allow anyone to violate our freedom and liberty or our rights to defend them.  As our freedoms are being threatened by terrorists, both domestic and foreign, lawmakers, judges and politicians who would partake in illegal efforts to deny our right to self preservation, contrary to our Constitution, shall be themselves, relegated to the status of traitor.

The time has come for New Jersey’s three branches of government to respect our Constitution.  The citizens of the state which proclaims “Liberty and Prosperity” are about to see to it that each of them do so.

Legislators, introduce this legislation immediately.  Failure to do so will forever endow your legacy with the blood of the innocent placed in jeopardy by your illegal laws and persecutions of our rights.  Among other things.
