“THE WORST MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE I HAVE EVER SEEN”

August 19, 2014

A. Wayne Carter, AAG
105 College Street
Madisonville, TN 37354

I attended the sentencing hearing of LCDR Fitzpatrick this morning in McMinn County.  I would like to report that this is the worst miscarriage of justice that I have ever seen or read about.  Your performance and that of “Judge” Blackwood appeared as though you were trying to justify Tennessee’s non-enviable rating of #3 in corruption in the nation.  Were you trying to make it to 2nd, perhaps?

You are reported to be an Army Colonel, retired.  If so, you make me ashamed to admit that I am an Army veteran.

You hold yourself out to be a Christian preacher.  If this is so, you affirm my commitment not to convert my Native spirituality to Christianity.  How can you, as a military officer and Christian, trash the Constitution that you swore before God to defend and uphold?

You should be disbarred and de-frocked for your corrupt behavior.

My comments and opinions are correct and justified according to the spontaneous standing ovation that Walt received when he was led away in handcuffs.  It was heartfelt thanks for his sacrifices on their behalf.  The citizens have spoken and what they said was: “Thanks Walt!” (and no thanks to the continued corruption in east Tennessee).

Your redemption will be to plead for Walter Fitzpatrick’s acquittal at appeal.

For the Republic,

M. J. Blanchard

Members of the bar are untouchable in TN. Bebb was taken before the state legislature and escaped. Lawyers have no shame so letters of this type do, in fact, go nowhere. The only hope is to have enough of them going in different directions in hopes of one taking hold somewhere.

Neither the McMinn or Monroe courthouse will accept mail for Carter.
So the second return has been resent to his Farner, TN address.

Jeb, Good letter. Nice, to the point and suscinct.

I doubt that it will do any good but I applaude you for trying. It is apauling that an ex officer could sink so low. Might be worth finding out about where and with who the “Good” Col served and possibly find who some of his “friends” are.

The only words / complaints that The SYSTEM might respond to is a well written BAR COMPLAINT against the prosecutor, submitted to the Bar; and a similar judicial complaint against the judge. Find their code of conduct book, and do a point by point listing of each violation. This gives you a 50 % chance of being heard, and a response is required. Any other forms of complaint mean nothing and will not even be read. Been there done that.
