WHO IS THE REAL COWARD?

August 20, 2014

The Board of Judicial Conduct replaced the Court of the Judiciary on July 1, 2012 as passed by the Tennessee General Assembly. However, historically, judges are not often disciplined, even for egregious misconduct, and all complaints are kept secret until a decision is rendered.

Dear All, of the news articles available to me on the day of the sentencing of Lt Cmd Fitzpatrick III, the only two reported sound bites from Judge Blackwell’s remarks during the sentencing were “I’m sick and tired of all these people who want to talk about their Constitutional rights,” which came while the judge commented on Fitzpatrick’s pursuing grand jury presentations in accordance with his military oath to protect and defend the Constitution. The other was the judge calling Fitzpatrick a “moral coward.”

There is no context into which these remarks can be put for it to make any moral or legal sense. A constitutional right is a constitutional right, that is final.

I find this suspension of the constitution sickening as it does not bode well for the future in the U.S.A or in other Western democracies, hence my interest.

I have spent time in recent weeks reviewing all the publically available documentation, court transcripts, and reporting both for and against. There is clearly a corruption issue here that needs to be investigated further.  Will you not act?
