FROM GRAND JURY TO PROSECUTOR TO TRIAL JURY TO JUDGE TO HIS SECRETARY, CORRUPTION REIGNS SUPREME IN TENNESSEE
by Sharon Rondeau
(Aug. 18, 2014) — A citizen who has followed the cases of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) called the office of Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood, who will be sentencing Fitzpatrick on false convictions Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. EDT at the McMinn County courthouse in Athens, TN.
On Monday, the citizen reported:
Although I placed these calls in June, I decided to do so again today. Judge Blackwood’s office (Karen) suggested that while many people have called on Walt’s behalf, she had no interest in knowing my name since she would be unable to either notify the judge of the call, convey my name or the message which I intended to deliver. Moreover, she refused to report to the judge the TOTAL number of calls, character references or concern for questionable charges which she had received to date in support of Walt’s plight.
What country are we living in?
A video will be made from events surrounding Fitzpatrick’s convictions taking place on Monday, including a prayer breakfast which ran from 10:00 a.m. EDT to about 12:15 p.m. and a barbecue from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, Fitzpatrick’s sentencing will commence at 10:00 a.m., during which Lt. Col. Field McConnell (Ret.) will walk into the courthouse and stand with Fitzpatrick as Blackwood announces his decision. McConnell plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit after Blackwood pronounces Fitzpatrick’s sentence against Barack Hussein Obama for the deaths of 2,000 soldiers having occurred since January 20, 2009, when Obama took office under questionable eligibility and identity.
Following the video, with sufficient support, a documentary film will be made of Fitzpatrick’s continuous exposure of judicial corruption in Tennessee, which has jailed and imprisoned unknown thousands of Tennesseans in a prisoners-for-profit scheme which the mainstream media has chosen not to report.
Grand juries and trial juries are “rigged” so that judges and prosecutors obtain the results they desire, which normally includes indictment and conviction. The greater number of people who are incarcerated, the more the jails and prisons are paid. It is also believed that the profiteering scheme is tied to the methamphetamine manufacture and trade, which is a significant problem in the mountainous region of eastern Tennessee.
