In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has willfully corrupted and manipulated the legislative process of the United States in that:
(1) he has appointed approximately 32 “czars”, to date, in direct violation of constitutional provisions that, “No Title of Nobility shall be granted . . .”according to Article I, Section 9, pp 8 of the Constitution of the United States;
(2) appointment and use of these persons by the Executive: “ . . . threatens our Constitutional system of checks and balances,” according to Senator Byrd. This is so, in direct violation of constitutional provisions because all of those 12 powers of congress, excluding the militia, that are specifically delineated in the Constitution according to Article I, Section 8, pp 1-8, have been usurped by the “czars”. The executive, “ . . . recommend . . . (to the congress for) . . . their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient, . . . he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, . . . “, as enumerated in Article II, Section 3, pp1. This means, quite simply, that the president administers and executes the laws generated by the legislative powers vested in Congress but does not make the laws and;
(3) during his nine-month term, to date, he has nationalized various industries, to wit, General Motors and others and taken government control of and assumed direction of various financial institutions. These activities are not enumerated as one of those 12 responsibilities of Congress (to delegate?) or authorized by the executive powers described in the Constitution. These maneuvers were in direct violation of constitutional provisions affecting the referenced sections, in provisions, in the Bill of Rights, and the intentions of the Founders as the constitution was written.
In doing this, Barack Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President, and has acted in a manner subversive of the Constitution, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.
Wherefore, Barack Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.
The face of “A Radical Islamist” with Eric Black Panther Muslim Holder, Bari Malik Shabazz’s side kick, who was a felon from his days at Columbia College in New York when he pulled a gun at the student lounge there and demanded the college change the name of the lounge to “The Malcolm X Lounge”! Where was the prosecution? How can a FELON be head of law enforcement? Only in America. Where can you lie about your background and bring your Mother Elizabeth Ann Newman who bombed the Washington Navy Yard Computer Building in 1969 with Bill Ayers to sit with you at the White House after your friend Eric Muslim Holder got her off the FBI Most Wanted List? She might even go on African Safari trips with your estranged wife or maybe Air Force One in “disguise”. Anything is possible, even getting all of them in jail or the death penalty for breaking the written law for POTUS violations and being a dual citizen against Art. 2 regulations/requirements. Where is our “world class” Judicial to help save us with Discovery to get them all locked up? We sure wasted a lot of paper on Criminal Presentments. I wonder if we can sue President Shabazz and at least recover our money for papers, letters and time? Maybe we could ask Speaker John Boehner about how that works.
Let’s get real: no trial, no circus, no “Dog and Pony Show”.

Just send in a squad of Leathernecks, backed by a couple of Abrams, aka “The BEAST”, and “escort” Obama and a chosen few to Andrews for a ONE-WAY flight to Gitmo.
