“OUR VERY EXISTENCE IN JEOPARDY”

(Jun. 9, 2014) — Calls for the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama and accusations of his having committed treason against the United States have increased since Obama’s trade of five top Taliban commanders on May 31 for a former soldier said to have deserted his Army unit five years ago.
Obama completed the exchange without notifying Congress 30 days prior, as is required by a law he himself signed, claiming that Bowe Bergdahl’s health and safety were in imminent jeopardy.
The first complaint naming Obama in the commission of treason was sworn out by CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) on March 17, 2009. Fitzpatrick renewed the complaint on six subsequent occasions following actions Obama took which included the court-martial of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin and for creating a “super-committee” lacking constitutional authority, among other transgressions.
Fitzpatrick has always contended that Obama is a “foreign born domestic enemy” of the United States.
Writer, Fox News commentator, and radio show host Erik Rush has also stated that Obama is guilty of treason.
Article II of the U.S. Constitution allows for the impeachment and removal from office of the nation’s chief executive in the event he is convicted of “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
In a column published on Saturday, writer Edward Cline said of Obama, “He has been flouting law since he assumed office. It’s nothing new. Also worthy of mention is Obama’s habit of bypassing Congress by simply ordering the various bureaucracies and enforcement agencies to implement his agendas, for example, by ordering the EPA to enforce his new coal emissions regulations, or the IRS to target Tea Party and other conservative groups for surveillance and delaying regulatory paperwork to register as non-profits.”
On Thursday, a source told The Post & Email that in a conversation with a congressional staffer, he or she was told that Articles of Impeachment for Obama are currently being drafted and that advocates for impeachment “want to get it right.”
On Friday, The Washington Examiner reported that “Republicans are backing off impeachment threats because they fear it would rally President Obama‘s Democratic base and kill the GOP’s chances to win the Senate, according to congressional insiders and sources.”
Whether or not Obama was ever eligible to have occupied the White House or signed any bill remains an open question as the results of a nearly-three-year criminal investigation declaring that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form “computer-generated forgeries” become more publicized.
Many suspect that Obama is actually a citizen of another country.
In recent calls to congressional staffers made by The Post & Email, we noted that denials of the fraudulent documents among staffers have decreased to virtually nil, whereas in years past, many took issue with the claim that Obama had proffered forgeries to the American people. On Sunday, BirtherReport.com reported that members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate have visited his website on multiple occasions, including the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms, Andrew B. Willison.
A staffer did not offer an objection to our statement that Obama’s documents are fraudulent in a call made to Sen. Chris Murphy’s office on Monday morning.
On her Saturday evening broadcast, former prosecutor and Judge Jeanine Pirro excoriated Obama for breaking the public’s trust and placing “our very existence in jeopardy.” “The latest: exchanging a man whose own platoon soldiers call a ‘deserter,’ who voluntarily left his unit during combat – in itself a death-eligible crime – for five of the worst Taliban terrorists in Gitmo,” Pirro declared.
“The trade surprised even Congress,” Pirro continued, including a clip of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who is head of the Senate Intelligence Committee and objected to the way in which the swap was handled. Pirro accused Obama of releasing the worst terrorists whose goal is still to kill Americans.
“Here’s the bottom line: you negotiated with terrorists,” she said.
On Sunday, The Washington Times reported that the soldier’s parents, Robert and Jani Bergdahl, were given “extraordinary insider access” to “top-level discussions” with members of the military on the progress of negotiations to free their son Bowe. Since the recovery, several of Bergdahl’s former unit members have interviewed with national television anchors, divulging that they were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements about any recovery efforts of which they had knowledge or the circumstances surrounding Bergdahl’s disappearance on June 30, 2009.
Bergdahl “just walked away” from his post, according to the late journalist Michael Hastings, writing for Rolling Stone Magazine in 2012.
At the end of her “open,” Pirro further castigated Obama when she said:
You call yourself a commander-in-chief. But what commander-in-chief doesn’t support a surge, but sends in 40,000 troops anyway? What commander-in-chief reduces benefits to to those in the military? Closes the Veterans War Memorial? Reduces the army to pre-World War II levels? Knowingly allows veterans to die in our hospitals, while replenishing the enemy in a time of war?
Mr. President: you are destroying this country. You have diminished us on the world stage. You have trampled on the very laws you swore to uphold. You are not a true commander-in-chief. Your actions…demand impeachment.
In an interview with radio host Michael Savage last week, Pirro said that she “has the evidence” which she likened to “the opening statement to a jury,” although she did not specify where the evidence leads. She deplored Obama’s “changing the demographics of the country” by failing to protect America’s borders, upon which Savage expounded by asking how 60,000 young illegals from Central America arrived in the U.S. without harm having come to them.
According to CBS 5 in Houston, TX, states bordering Mexico have been overwhelmed since May 31 with “unaccompanied minors,” some of whom are being sent to Ft. Sill in Oklahoma.
Pirro then called Obama “the Manchurian candidate” who is “doing things” without any apparent opposition from members of Congress. “Truth and justice has no place in Washington anymore,” she said.
Last week, commentator Sean Hannity also called Obama “a Manchurian candidate,” joining Donald Trump in demanding that Obama release his college transcripts and/or applications. Trump suspects that Obama obtained entrance to at least one of the colleges he attended by claiming to be a foreign student when he was not or actually having held foreign nationality, specifically, with Kenya.
“Obama’s never going to turn over his transcripts, ever. There’s a reason for that,” Hannity said.
Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio is readying to release information said to be “universe-shattering” relative to the Obama regime.
On Monday, The Post & Email placed ten calls, five Democrats and five Republicans, to congressional offices at random, beginning in the middle of the alphabet by state to ask their media representatives if impeachment is under discussion. The offices contacted were:

- Rep. Louis Gohmert, (R), TX
- Rep. Donald Payne Jr. (D), NJ
- Rep. Frank LoBiondo (D), NJ
- Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R), KS
- Rep. Joseph Crowley (D), NY
- Rep. Mike McIntyre (D), NC
- Rep. Jim Jordan (R), OH
We also attempted to reach Speaker of the House John Boehner’s (R) office without success on Monday.
We noted that all staffers were courteous and, if inquiring as to the nature of our call, did not disparage our question in any way regarding whether or not Articles of Impeachment are being prepared to their knowledge. All cheerfully gave us the email address for their respective media representatives.
On Friday, we reached out to the media person at Rep. Joseph Courtney’s (D) office but have received no response.
As of press time, we have received no responses to our email inquiries to the ten offices listed above.
“Our existence in jeopardy” ??? This country that I and millions of others have loved and fought for is circling the drain. We’re just waiting for someone to pull the plug.
The odds are great that the Reid Senate will never convict Obama of anything unless Boehner first allows a special committee to educate the public by completing the excellent work of Sheriff Arpaio and officially expose this criminal fraud and agent of foreign allegiance that he truly is. This is Obama’s Achilles Heel and it is the only way we can succeed. Boehner must be forced to take this action. Otherwise I see impeachment going the way of the Clinton effort.
Obama’s records are being held at DNC Law Firm Perkins Coie in Seattle. They used a POTUS protection clause that allows the DNC to use taxpayer’s money to keep Obama’s papers hidden from the public at over $4 million at this time. Obama also has a $35 million dollar retirement mansion waiting for him in Hawaii, half of it was paid for by his finance manager Pritzger, who is from the wealthy Chicago DNC family. Mystery girl Rice is the daughter of another wealthy DNC donator, you don’t need EXPERIENCE, you just need money. Obama is guilty of “dual citizenship” violations of Art. 2 qualifications for POTUS, Pelosi and Biden falsified his DNC papers of eligibility in 2008. Last time I checked, Treason, Perjury, Election Fraud, Identity Fraud, Murder, Misprision Of Felony were all sentences of DEATH by whatever means. Being a member of white Marxist and Muslim Black Panther DNC groups from the late 50, his parents were determined to get him to where he is now, a made man of the DNC. With Malcolm X as father and Elizabeth Ann Newman as momma, he was chosen to succeed. His mother was with Bill Ayers in 1969 in The Weather Underground when they bombed the Washington DC Navy Yard Computer Building. His mother is still alive and traveling with Obama in disguise as we have seen the pictures since she was recently taken off the FBI Most Wanted List. Momma took the pregnancy after the affair with Malcolm to Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya. Sheriff Joe and Mike arrived too late at Kennedy airport to try to recover the mother’s flight records as they had already been removed for the 1960 flight logs.
