WheresObamasBirthCertificate Returns to Congress to Talk Obama Birth Certificate Forgery

(May 20, 2014) — On Monday, WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) founder Mike Volin and a group of volunteers went to Congress to distribute copies of “Sheriff’s Kits” which explain how a law enforcement investigation determined more than two years ago that Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are fraudulent.

Volin and the others are in Washington as part of Operation American Spring (OAS), which began on Friday.  Founded by Col. Harry Riley (Ret.), OAS asks millions of Americans to go to Washington, DC, rotating over an extended period of time, to protest corruption in government and specifically, among top congressional leaders, Barack Obama, Eric Holder and Joe Biden.

On Sunday, Volin informed The Post & Email that he had given kits to two individuals who walked into the White House as his group stood outside holding a sign which read, “WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com” and “Call Congress.”

Photos and videos of OAS show numerous people holding Gadsden flags, calling for Obama’s impeachment, and outrage over the deaths of four Americans in a terrorist attack on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya and the regime’s subsequent cover-up.

On April 27, 2011, an image was posted on the White House website which Obama claimed showed that he was born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961.  However, within 24 hours, the image was declared a forgery by numerous experts.  In September 2011, the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse was commissioned by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to investigate the image and “clear the president.”  However, the five-member posse soon found that the image could not have come from a real, paper document.

After further investigation of both the long-form birth certificate image and Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form, posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio held a press conference on March 1, 2012 to declare their conclusions to the American public.  After major media failed to report it, a second press conference was held on July 17, 2012, at which time Zullo and Arpaio stated that the case for forgery had transcended the standard of probable cause (page 8 of Zullo affidavit), calling for a congressional investigation.

However, the media vilified the messengers, again failed to report their message to the public, and Congress refused to investigate.

Late last month, the House of Representatives voted to launch an investigation by a Select Committee into the Benghazi debacle after the government accountability law firm, Judicial Watch, obtained emails through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) showing the coaching by then-Senior White House Adviser Ben Rhodes of then-United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice to deceive the public as to the cause of the attack.

One media personality has called for Obama’s impeachment for “dereliction of duty” as a result of the Benghazi attack.  Judge Jeanine Pirro has also been sent at least two Sheriff’s Kits but has reported nothing on the forgeries.

Zullo told The Post & Email in May of last year that if the birth certificate issue had been dealt with by Congress early on, “Benghazi might never have happened.”

Congressional investigations have also been launched into the gunrunning operation known as Fast and Furious; the political targeting of right-leaning organizations by the IRS, some of whom were silenced during the 2012 election cycle and could have affected its outcome; NSA spying; “Medicare Mismanagement;” and very recently, the public disclosure of falsified appointments at Veterans Administration hospitals which resulted in the deaths of at least several dozen, and perhaps hundreds or more, veterans awaiting medical care which was not actually scheduled.

In November of last year, Volin and some of the same volunteers delivered more than 200 “Sheriff’s Kits” to members of Congress, although several which The Post & Email contacted avoided acknowledging having received them.  Numerous visits to district congressional offices were made last summer.

On Monday, Volin said that while “inside the halls of Congress,” his group “went cold-calling, except for the fact that we had three people who had never given a Sheriff’s Kit presentation, so we went with them to their congressmen first.”

Referring to former U.S. Marine Jeff Harrison, Volin said, “We followed up with Jeff’s congressman (Rep. Glenn Thompson). We had a confrontation there with his chief of staff.  I think he was intoxicated.  We went in the office, and they knew who Jeff was, because Jeff has made several bus trips to DC by himself.  The guy came out of the office and  said, ‘Hi,’ and we said, ‘Can we have a couple minutes for a presentation?  We want to make sure this information gets to the congressman.  It’s about the forged documents and birth certificate controversy.”

At that point, Volin described the chief of staff’s response as “bizarre:”  “Neil Abercrombie is a friend of mine…he’s a Ph.D. and he’s a good buddy; he wouldn’t lie…”

Volin continued:

I said, “Excuse me,” and tried to show him that we were well-versed.  “Do you mean the Neil Abercrombie who was a cab driver, former representative from the state of Hawaii?”

“He was never a cab driver…he wouldn’t do anything wrong!!” Volin said, raising his voice to imitate the chief of staff’s angry response.

I said, “Look, can we have a meeting with the chief of staff?” and he said, “I am the chief of staff!!”  “Can I make an appointment?” to which the chief of staff responded, “Well, this is a meeting.”  He was standing in his doorway.  “Can we sit down so I can show you something on my laptop?  He started looking around; at that point he got really belligerent, and we just turned around and walked out the door.  It was bizarre.”

The Post & Email asked Volin if he smelled any alcohol on the chief of staff’s breath, to which he responded, “No, I wasn’t that close to him, but it was really bizarre.”

Volin said that in total, they distributed about 25 more kits.  They also met with a particular congressman face-to-face.  “We had a lengthy conversation; he had just come back from a trip and his suitcase was right there by the receptionist’s desk.  But he gave us some time,” Volin said.

The Post & Email then spoke with Harrison, who told us that Thompson’s office acknowledged receiving “at least three Sheriff’s Kits” on Monday.  Harrison said in the past, he spoke with Nancy Billet, who reportedly “gave him friction,” and Darrell Owens, Thompson’s legislative assistant.  “I talked to him a couple of times, and he told me they just were not interested in this situation,” Harrison said, referring to the forgery of Obama’s government documents.  “I asked him, ‘Would you send that to me in writing?'” Harrison recalled.  “He and I talked at least two times.  I was in the Marines and he was in the Army; I don’t know what his rank was, but I said, “Aren’t you going to defend the Constitution?  Aren’t you going to do something about this?” and then he kind-of went mute on me,” Harrison said.

“On Martin Luther King Day at the radio station when I did my radio gig, Glenn Thompson was there; I gave him a several-minute presentation; he didn’t say a word, nor did he write me or get back to me in any capacity.  I think I’ve been very tolerant,” Harrison added.

Harrison related that a 79-year-old man accompanied them to Congress on Monday who “had to hobble” from place to place in Washington.  “I think he needs to be noted,” Harrison said.  Their group also included a “very shy” man from Arizona who said he was “doing this for his kids.”

Harrison further related that while waiting for a bus after their excursion to Congress on Monday, he struck up a conversation with another man, asking him, “Did you know that Obama’s credentials are fraudulent?” to which the man responded, “No.”  “I explained to him a little bit about it and gave him a Sheriff’s Kit DVD,” Harrison said, adding, “We’re approaching people, everybody…we have some people here who are handicapped, from all walks of life.  So people need to start doing what we’re doing.”

Cheryl Surber then related her experiences at Congress.  “We went over to see my congresswoman (Rep. Kay Granger), and of course she wasn’t there.  I’ve been trying for years to be able to show her or someone at her office the Sheriff’s Kit.  If you go back to the July 14 PPSimmons posting, you can listen to a 45-second conversation where I was basically hung up on.”

However, on Monday, Surber had a different experience.  “I went over to the Washington, DC office and they were much friendlier there, very cordial.  For the first time, I was able to show at least some of the Sheriff’s Kit about the Selective Service registration.  We showed part of the first part where Sheriff Joe was introduced.  So we at least got to present some parts of the video, and I felt good about that.  At least, in Washington, they were willing to take the time to look at some of the DVD and the hard copy as well there,” she said.

Surber said that she believes many congressmen’s “willful refusal” to look at the forgery evidence or contact Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio for more information stems from a desire to be re-elected in November.

After we spoke with Surber, Volin added that “We had a congressman who told us that we need to go through the court system.  He mentioned the Alan Keyes case, and I said, ‘Yes, you’re right about Alan Keyes.  But it’s Congress’s duty to remove him.  What do we do:  go to the court and the local sheriff issues an arrest warrant for Obama?  Congress has the only power to remove the president.  This is unprecedented.”

“He gave us time and watched some of the video presentation.  So now we have a contact.  We’re going to get back to him as this thing unfolds.  We’ll get back together with him and say, ‘It’s starting to move now; can we count on you for your help?'” Volin said.

“He had several disagreements, but he did acknowledge that there was a problem,” Volin added, “although he said we’re doing it the wrong way by going to Congress.  He agreed with us about the findings, but he disagreed about Congress acting on the findings.”

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court denied the petitions of two individuals, one of whom challenged Obama’s constitutional eligibility and the other requested that evidence of fraud and forgery be presented to a federal grand jury for review.  Judges in dozens of other challenges beginning in 2008 have informed plaintiffs that they do not have “standing” to challenge Obama’s eligibility.

Article II of the U.S. Constitution states that the president must be a “natural born Citizen.”  Most Americans understand the term to mean “born in the country,” but historically, the citizenship of the parents also weighed heavily in determining citizenship and allegiance.  Questions about Obama’s eligibility arose in 2007 when commentator Chris Matthews stated on air that Obama was “born in Indonesia.”  African newspaper articles dating back to Obama’s U.S. Senate run in 2004 stated him as “Kenyan-born,” as did NPR in 2008 and members of the Kenyan Parliament on March 25, 2010.

Obama claims a father who was not a citizen of the United States, and doubts have been expressed about the veracity of his life story, including by Zullo.

Early last month, Volin reported that Rep. Cory Gardner of Colorado met with a private investigator about the forgeries, but it is unknown if Gardner hired him.  In previous reports, Volin has said that several members of Congress are “on board” with exposing the documents as forgeries to the public.
