MEDIA CONTACT ON PHONE, THEN EMERGENCY ALARM SOUNDS

by Sharon Rondeau

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) is mentioned in an email as having an “idea” associated with “applicants who ‘lied'” on their applications for tax-exempt status prior to 2013

(Apr. 16, 2014) — On the heels of breaking news from Judicial Watch and those reporting on it that former IRS supervisor Lois Lerner communicated with the Department of Justice about assembling cases against “conservative” groups applying for tax-exempt status, the name of Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) was invoked.

The Post & Email contacted Whitehouse’s office at 2:55 p.m. EDT and was directed to media contact Matt Larson.  Mr. Larson answered the phone, at which time we asked for a comment or statement on the email reportedly written by Lerner and directed to Nikole C. Flax at the Department of Justice which reads:

I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ … He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s [sic] could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who “lied” on their 1024s — saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs.

Matt first said that he was not familiar with the email to which we were referring.  We read the above paragraph to Matt, who said, “I think I’m looking at it right now.”  He then asked us our question again, to which we responded, “I am seeking a comment or statement on that email released by Judicial Watch.”

At that point, an alarm of some kind sounded, and we asked, “Do you have to go?” to which Larson responded, “I might have to go,” and he then asked for our contact information.  We confirmed his name and then quickly hung up.

We hope that the alarm does not signify any inherent harm or emergency situation arising in the offices of the U.S. Senate.

One source has reported that in regard to the targeting of “conservative” and “Tea Party” groups by the IRS and possibly other agencies, “Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) appears to have led the anti-constitutional attack on free speech in the House. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) led it from the Senate.”

Lerner is a DNC Operative and no one here is going to tell anyone anything that could put together a trail to lead to prosecution. We have been unable to get Discovery in any U.S. Court with the “Judicial Block” installed by Hillary. Our Constitutional Rights have been ignored for their convenience to further their agenda. Eric Holder was a FELON from Columbia College and is head of Law Enforcement? He is also a Black Power Muslim Militant as is Obama and all the Godless creeps he surrounds his Puppet POTUS that is illegal as a DUAL CITIZEN under Art.2 POTUS qualifications. Cummings is another DNC Operative/Black Power creep. Most of the DNC are members in the American Communist Party or The Black Panthers/Black Muslim Loyalists that all hate America and want to control it to their liking. They forgot that we have a Constitution
and they won’t be able to ignore it much longer. Their time is running out.
