“A PENAL COLONY”

by Sharon Rondeau

(Apr. 9, 2014) — The following email was sent to foxnewstips@foxnews.com at 10:09 PM on April 9, 2014:

Hello, I am owner/editor of an online newspaper, The Post & Email (www.thepostemail.com), which reports on government corruption at all levels.

For the last four years, I have researched and written in-depth reports on astounding judicial corruption in Tennessee which deprives citizens of their due process and constitutional rights on a daily basis, resulting in the incarceration of hundreds of possibly innocent people every year.  The judges choose their own grand jury foreman, thereby rigging the outcome of grand jury deliberations, and often the trial juries are rigged as well.  Numerous victims have come forward with documentation of their claims of abuse at the hands of Tennessee judges, many of whom have been falsely incarcerated or are facing incarceration.

Various cases I have covered involve child custody, criminal charges, and even a murder which we know was “a government hit” and for which the known perpetrators have therefore never been prosecuted.

In Tennessee, the grand juries and courts are used to retaliate, exact revenge, and target people in the community for incarceration so that the crooked sheriffs, deputies, court personnel and others can benefit financially from the state’s reimbursement for each person’s loss of freedom.  Appeals are hampered by court personnel; writs of habeas corpus are ignored; forged signatures on charging documents are knowingly placed into the record by judges; and conflicts of interest are ignored so that more citizens are sent to jails and prisons.

The motive for judges’ victimizing of their own citizens is to keep drug money flowing throughout an underground system which involves a breathtaking number of “public servants.”

Eastern Tennessee is like a penal colony, a page out of Adolf Hitler’s “People’s Courts” of 1930s Germany or Orwell’s “1984.”  I have documentation and unassailable proof of all of my claims.

National exposure is needed to stop this travesty of justice.

Many of us have emailed FOX too many times to count over the last 5 years and never received any response about Veterans being illegally arrested, imprisoned, beaten, shackled, robbed by Obama’s thugs. I believe they don’t want to touch any of this, they are good at beating around the edges but don’t want to go in deep. That is deliberate sanitizing by insiders in FOX not wanting to engage in telling the public where all this started with Cdr. Walt Fitzpatrick and how he was the first to serve against this criminal DNC team or the several other U.S. Veterans that have been culled out to make examples of to keep the heat off Obama and DNC Operatives. Once in a while, FOX seems to posture up, then backs into the shadows again. This has been going on for over 5 years now. All the media is milking this and reaping fortunes in advertising, revenue and other means of exploiting this coup/usurpation to the max while it lasts. In the meantime, Veterans sit in prisons/jails illegally arrested or detained by DNC Operatives. The Post Email and Martha Trowbridge are the only source of continuous truth and reliable continuity. We have turned college into romper room in the White House, meanwhile, trillions have disappeared into DNC Coffers.

Mrs Rondeau
Have you ever consider running for public office? People like you are the reason that I and so many, many others still wake up and hope that thing will change for the better. Not the BS hope and change that obama has been throwing at us. You can’y have hope and change when all you do is lie lie and lie,You can’t have Hope and change when your main goal is to bankrupting our country and playing the stupid race card, and trying to divide the country. Keep up the good work,it’s so refreshing to see honest reporting again.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: Thank you for the compliment, but no. We do need honest people running, however. The people in office are, unfortunately, a reflection of what Americans have become.

Mrs. Rondeau,

Thank you for pursuing this and pushing this mind-numbingly barbaric corruption into the spotlight of the nation. I feel so-o sorry for the plight of all the innocent victims trapped by these criminal abusers of the people’s trust, victims such as the brave and honorable Commander Walter Fitzpatrick (retired).

At best, these government criminals should be completing their terms of public service as prison terms or, more justly, should all have their necks stretched by an inch or two (i.e., be put to death per the rule of law).
