IS OBAMA A “FOREIGN BORN DOMESTIC ENEMY?”

(Feb. 26, 2014) — BirtherReport.com has posted the audio from a special edition of Freedom Friday hosted by Carl Gallups after videos of British Barrister Michael Shrimpton were uploaded to a website called Gaia Militia and went viral on the web between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Shrimpton’s credentials reportedly include “a Barrister, specialist in National Security and Constitutional Law, Strategic Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism.”
On Wednesday evening, Gallups told The Post & Email that he believes Shrimpton’s “credentials are real.”
In the videos, which appear to depict events from the 2008 presidential campaign cycle, Shrimpton says that the CIA had gathered Obama’s DNA from a water glass from a campaign event and found that it could not be traced to his alleged maternal grandparents, Stanley Armour and Madelyn Payne Dunham.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen.” The term is not defined, but history shows that both birthplace and the citizenship of the parents play a role in determining citizenship. Four U.S. Supreme Court cases have validated that a person born in the country to two U.S.-citizen parents is “no doubt” a “natural born Citizen.”
The Congressional Research Service (CRS) has attempted to depict both Obama and Sen. John McCain as eligible for the presidency. McCain was born in Panama to two U.S.-citizen parents, while Obama claims that his father was a citizen of Kenya. Reportedly, Barack Obama Sr. was born in Kogelo Village, Kenya, and his stepmother, “Mama Sarah” Obama, allegedly recounted having seen her grandson born in the same place.
On his broadcast this evening, Gallups said that if Obama was born in Kenya, “that makes him an unconstitutional president. It makes him an unlawful man in the White House. Worse, it makes him an illegal foreigner as commander-in-chief of the number one superpower in the world’s military. It makes him an illegal foreigner with his finger on the red button…”
Gallups also characterized the actions Obama has taken while in the White House as destructive, referring to the health care bill and America’s now-$17 trillion debt. If the claim is accurate, Gallups said, “he ran for office as president on purpose with full knowledge that he was not constitutionally eligible and he has spent the last five years lying to the American public, the American Congress, and the American courts and the American media.”
For more than five years, the media has refused to report on the questions about Obama’s origins and background.
Gallups called for Obama’s “immediate removal” if it is validated that Obama was born in Kenya.
Obama has claimed since 2007 that he was born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961. Researchers have found that his birth certificate number is out of sequence, and a law enforcement investigation determined that his documentation is fraudulent.
Fr. Jonathan Morris said on Fox News more than two years ago that Obama was born in Kenya but was quickly “corrected” by co-host Alisyn Camerota.
At least five African newspapers reported him born in Kenya before he ran for president.
Members of the Kenyan Parliament have commented as to America’s open-mindedness in having a foreign-born person in the highest office in the land.
The Kenyan ambassador to the United States declared in 2008 that Obama was born in Kenya and that a monument would be erected there to commemorate his ascendancy to the U.S. presidency, despite the Constitution’s requirement that the president be “natural born.”
A second criminal investigation has reportedly determined that ideological Obama operatives have populated the internet with falsehoods, intimidation and misleading information in order to distract and misinform, particularly when Obama’s background was the topic of discussion. Many who have reported on the questions about Obama’s history has been marginalized, threatened, cyber-stalked, and experienced email breaches and website hacking.
Obama’s official biography said that he was born in Kenya until it was changed in 2007 to say that he was born in Hawaii.
The director of the Hawaii Department of Health, Loretta Fuddy, mysteriously died after the plane in which she and eight others were traveling was forced to make a water landing on December 11, 2013. Fuddy was the only one to die, and coincidentally, was the official who was said to have overseen the copying of Obama’s long-form birth certificate prior to its release on the White House website on April 27, 2011.
Obama was identified as a “foreign born domestic enemy” by a retired Navy commander on March 17, 2009. When visited by the Secret Service, one of the agents told LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III in a rare private moment, “We can’t arrest him, you know.”
Members of Congress have to date refused to investigate the information provided to them by citizens through mail, email, phone calls, letters, and, more recently, the team at WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com, which delivered approximately 200 “Sheriff’s Kits” to members of the House and Senate in Washington, DC in November.
Gallups ended his broadcast by suggesting that “this emperor has no clothes.”
A few things to question- CIA did a DNA? Why? The FBI and CIA both state they don’t vet candidates. If the Barrister is truthful, why allow 5 years to pass within the agencies of intelligence?
Finally, Carl’s statement “if it’s true, we have a foreigner with his finger on the red button”, seems to trump or cast aside the info of universe shattering evidence he knows about.
And the wheels on the bus go round and round, as the muslims take over the country.
It need not be proven that Obama was not born in the United States since the circumstances of his birth, even if it were in Hawaii, still disqualify Obama. His Father was a Brit at the time of Junior’s birth. Obama does NOT meet the definition of a Natural-Born citizen “One born in a country of Parents who are citizens”. That Obama is NOT an NBC is incontrovertible fact. Obama is a traitor and a spy under U.S. Law.
Obama’s father was Malcolm X and the mother was Elizabeth Ann Newman, both living in the Bronx at the time of the affair in 1959. Elizabeth took the birth to Kenya after Malcolm was killed. Obama was born at Coast Province Hospital and then the mother returned to Hawaii where she married Soetoro. After Obama was of age, Elizabeth and Soetoro brought Obama to be schooled at Jakarta’s Muslim Boys Prep School in Indonesia. By their Constitution there, Obama as an adopted student/child, Obama was required to become an Indonesian Citizen to attend that school. He was born of two U.S. Citizen parents on Foreign soil and he gained a second citizenship which disqualifies him from U.S. POTUS. In 2008, Pelosi and Biden falsified DNC papers certifying Obama was “Constitutionally Eligible” to serve when by Constitutional Law he was NOT legal to serve as a “dual citizen” candidate. The DNC has used a POTUS Protection Clause that allows them to use taxpayer’s money to keep the POTUS background out of the public’s reach. All the papers are being held at Perkins Coie DNC Law Firm in Seattle and have cost us over $4 million dollars to pay the firm. Hillary has given back door orders with Bill and Axelrod cheering behind to force and threaten the Judicial to not allow any Criminal Presentments against the DNC. We know now why 5 years of serving Criminal Presentments were going nowhere. We suspected dirty laundry but it has all unfolded with more and more people coming forward through The Post Email and other publications. We know the “Judges” want to keep their jobs but violating an oath to their job and Constitution is far away from the law. Working in Law Enforcement or Federal Levels does not allow you legally to “make up” your own rules or break the law any time you choose, that, is “Misprision Of Felony”. Who will do the prosecution, who will pay the price other than the taxpayers for what has been done here? Theft and extortion have been the front line motto here and was well planned since the 60’s when Obama’s mother joined with Bill Ayers to break off from a Weather Underground chapter there were in and bomb the Washington Navy Yard Computer building in 1969. Elizabeth was recently taken off the FBI Most Wanted List and is alive and well being protected by the FEDS. Without Discovery-there is no prosecution. Ask one of your local or Federal Judicial and they may tell you there has never been such a thing! Will one good man step up to expose the Judicial sham going on and Misprision Of Felony?
