In August 2011, members of the Sun City West Tea Party and the Surprise Tea Party, which are now merged, requested that Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio launch an investigation into whether or not the long-form birth certificate image purportedly belonging to Barack Hussein Obama posted on the White House website was a forgery as declared by numerous experts following its release on April 27 of that year. The Tea Party members feared that if true, their votes in the 2012 presidential election would be disenfranchised.
In September 2011, the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse was commissioned to perform an investigation which ultimately found that Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”
Volin said he is increasing the number of his radio broadcasts in order to raise awareness of the forgery issue. In March, a significant announcement is expected to be made regarding the investigation, now nearing its 30th month.
“We need to really push this, ” Volin said. “Every day we grow. More people are coming on board because they’re getting fed up. They’re taking another look, and they’re coming to get information. I’m getting hits every 30 seconds on my site. I’m doing it to rally people together.”
5 years (and counting) worth of damage … can it be undone? IF (and it’s a big “IF”) he ever gets held accountable, will it be for ineligibility (the ONLY remedy)? Impeachment, or some silly resolution of non-support, leaves everything he’s done in place. And … who’s going to change all those laws, executive actions, etc., etc. without dismantling the ENTIRE government? Don’t forget, they are all in this together by virtue of the fact that they all knew and did nothing.
Conviction of Identity Fraud will nullify his two elections; thereby nullifying his rules, appointments, laws.

I know you have worked very hard to investigate this issue but, do you seriously believe that any court or anything short of a Ukranian style public revolt (which I don’t believe will happen) will overturn any of the rules, laws or appointments made by Resident(even if he is impeached and convicted)? I don’t see that (nullification) happening. If the votes in the Senate can be mustered to convict, Obama will just be turned out of office with all the damage done left standing unless particularly overturned by the Congress (In My Opinion). The Courts and the Congress are too cowardly to act otherwise.
