NO EXPLANATION FOR GARNISHMENT OF MILITARY PENSION AFTER 27 MONTHS…WHERE IS CONGRESS?

by Sharon Rondeau

Rep. Chuck Fleischmann represents Tennessee’s Third Congressional District

(Jan. 17, 2014) — CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (USN, Ret.) has been deprived of the majority of his military pension check for the last 27 months without a written explanation.

In February 2012, after his release from the Monroe County jail, Fitzpatrick discovered that the amount in his bank account was much lower than expected.  When he inquired of his credit union as to the reason, he was told over the phone that an IRS levy had been placed on his pension, which is electronically deposited each month, in the amount of two-thirds for a two-year period.  Fitzpatrick was never informed that he owed taxes, if in fact he did, and he reported never having received a letter or notice from the IRS or anyone else about a debt.

Obama’s IRS has been targeting and harassing certain groups and individuals perceived as political opponents of the regime since at least 2010.  On March 17, 2009, Fitzpatrick filed the first treason complaint against Obama, which remains in force today and has been renewed on at least seven occasions.  Over the last four years, others have joined Fitzpatrick in naming Barack Hussein Obama a traitor to the United States.

Members of Congress are beginning to speak about impeachment and “lawlessness” practiced by the regime.

On December 17, Fitzpatrick went to the McMinn County courthouse to present criminal evidence to the “grand jury.”  When he was approached by Rep. Chuck Fleischmann’s staffer, Maxine Gernert, to help her bring poinsettias into the courthouse, Fitzpatrick asked for a face-to-face meeting with Fleischmann and was denied.

The grand jury, which is co-opted by the presence of a judicially-appointed foreman now “serving” in his third year, meets in Fleischmann’s office in the courthouse.

On Friday morning, The Post & Email contacted Fleischmann’s office at (202) 225-3271 and left a message informing him of the garnishment of Fitzpatrick’s pension for the last 27 months and lack of restitution of funds since the alleged requisite two-year period has passed.  We left Fitzpatrick’s telephone number so that he could obtain the details directly from the source as well as our contact information.
