WHILE AMERICAN MEDIA CONTINUE TO SHILL FOR OBAMA

(Jan. 2, 2014) — A scenario foreshadowed as possible by ABC News in a piece on Wednesday has reportedly become fact, as enrollees in Obamacare cannot verify that they have coverage when seeking medical care.
ABC claimed that a 62-year-old woman who spent more than 80 hours enrolling in a health plan through Healthcare.gov and may not be able to use her doctor has experienced “relief” after completing the application process despite numerous problems with the website, as millions of others found after its launch on October 1.
After technical glitches became apparent at the outset, Obama and his putative Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced arbitrary changes to deadlines which have frustrated state attorneys general, insurance companies, and small businesses, which cannot purchase insurance through the federal program until November 15.
The Hill reported on Thursday that 11 attorneys general have sent a letter to Sebelius claiming that the changes and “fixes” are illegal and “must stop” because they were not passed by Congress.
Obama has reportedly called the changes “administrative action.”
ABC’s report included the statement that “Obama administration officials are hoping to avoid embarrassing reports of people showing up to try their new coverage only to find that it hasn’t taken effect.” It admitted that although the woman’s plan was “loaded with added benefits,” many of them were not needed.
On Thursday, as some Americans were told upon arriving at the hospital with symptoms that they would be responsible for thousands of dollars in medical bills because they could not prove their coverage, the Obamas enjoyed the Hawaiian sun, temperatures, and a flavored ice cone.
Obama had claimed that no one should have to “go bankrupt” as a result of a medical catastrophe and substandard or no health insurance. While Obama had promised that premiums and other costs would go down under his health care law, many have reported just the opposite.
Obama had also pledged that if people liked their medical plans, they could keep them, which was not true.
According to the UK Daily Mail, “One patient left the hospital without being admitted for chest pains after she was warned she might have to pay full-price” but told the publication that “No one has sent me a bill.”

On December 31, ABC additionally reported that with the full implementation of the law on January 1, “the real test could come on Jan. 2, when more Americans are expected to seek routine care.” Claiming that “millions more Americans are covered,” ABC disingenuously failed to state that “millions more” Americans have had their health plans that they “liked” canceled because they did not meet the new standards built into Obamacare. However, ABC acknowledged that “Insurers typically don’t consider someone enrolled, much less offer benefits, unless and until the first month’s premium has been received” but did not report that the “back end” of the Healthcare.gov website has not been properly transmitting payment to insurers.
An estimated 2.1 million people have enrolled in Obamacare plans, but the majority are reportedly through the state health exchanges, which have also experienced problems and a lack of security of applicants’ personal information.
Reuters reported that on January 1, “there were no hiccups to report in the first day the plans were in effect,” but January 1 is a national holiday when most doctors’ offices are closed.
The Obama regime had been aiming for 7 million registrants by the deadline of March 31 but has now denied setting that benchmark. It had anticipated 3.3 million by December 31.
NBC stated that an Ohio couple praised their new Obamacare health coverage as “wonderful” on its second day and did not report on the many whose premiums and out-of-pocket expenses have risen as a result of canceled plans.
Many Americans believe that the health care law is unconstitutional and plan to participate in a protest against it and other perceived constitutional violations beginning on May 16 in Washington, DC.
Taxes and fees associated with Obamacare will be levied on consumers, insurers, and certain income tax deductions for health-care expenses will go down.
When you analyze the current/recent past media and Judicial control by the DNC and Operatives they installed in strategic points, we are mostly helpless in using our Constitutional rights to petition the Judicial against any political and government corruption in any legal channel. They planned and knew this early on to set up an environment to push their agenda’s for gay rights, keeping Christians and Constitutionalists at bay while they force fed their liberal over the top laws and regulations using their installed liberal Judges and Operatives at these strategic points. David Axelrod, one of their Chief Operatives of Marxist/Socialist regime changes, has been operating under the radar as planned and with Perkins Coie, their DNC Law firm that has been paid over $4 million taxpayer’s dollars to keep Obama’s (Bari Malik Shabazz) papers and true identity hidden from the public. The fact that Obama is using another persons social security number (e-verify), that fact that he is a “dual citizen”, that fact that Pelosi/BIden falsified Obama’s “Constitutional Eligibility” in 2008, the fact that Obama is the son of two radical anti-Americans (Malcolm X Black Muslim Radical/White Hater & Elizabeth Ann Newman-Weather Underground Bomber/FBI Most Wanted list until recent removal from the list-now protected by the Federal Government and traveling with Obama in disguise, the fact that Obama attended Jakarta’s Muslim Boy Prep School for 8 years in Indonesia having to become a citizen of Indonesia making him a “Dual Citizen” which by Art. 2 of the Constitution prevents him from POTUS legal status, the fact that this entire scam was to be the biggest usurpation/money heist in U.S. history brings light to the bottomless corruption of the Communist/Marxist/Socialist base of the DNC and their dedication to corruption as roads to success and deceit of the American general public now leading the country in a divided circle of deterioration run by the DNC and American Political “wagon wheel” of corruption and self preservation of political criminals that the public is now helpless to protect themselves against being secretly and deviously separated from access to their Judicial/Constitutional rights and access to Discovery to prosecute. All DNC members have given themselves immunity from all prosecution attempts by installing Muslim Holder and threatening the judicial, while Hillary has instructed the Judicial to term all Criminal Presentments against the DNC or Obama as having a “No Standing” illegal rule in any court. So, the sign says for any DNC Discovery/Prosecution the “The Court Is Closed Until Further Notice!” Isn’t that convenient!
