EXTENSIVE TRAVEL BASED ON “NEW INFORMATION”

(Dec. 13, 2013) — Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo appeared as a guest on “Freedom Friday” with Carl Gallups and said that he and Sheriff Joe Arpaio believe that the death of Hawaii Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy was “a tragic accident.”
Zullo had stated the same on PPSimmons News earlier today.

Zullo was then asked by a caller what the financial needs of the Cold Case Posse investigation are, to which Zullo responded that the posse operates completely on donations, which can be made on the website.
“We have been doing an extensive amount of traveling over the last month and a half,” Zullo said. He then stated that he has “iron-clad evidence” that the Obama long-form birth certificate image is a forgery.
Zullo said that the criminal investigation took an unexpected turn and that new information in his possession has necessitated resources allocated from Sheriff Arpaio.
Gallups then asked Zullo to talk about Douglas Vogt, who Zullo said “has done extensive work on his own” and claims to “know who the forger is.” Zullo then said that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and Cold Case Posse “do not support Vogt’s conclusions.” Vogt submitted his findings to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on October 18. He later appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals after the district court judge changed the title of the filing and mischaracterized it, then said he did not have jurisdiction.
Vogt is seeking a grand jury review of the evidence he submitted.
Zullo and Vogt agree that the birth certificate image is a forgery.
Zullo explained to the audience that Arpaio is actually “the investigator” in the probe into Obama’s long-form birth certificate and that Zullo is taking Arpaio’s instructions.
Gallups then said that “soon,” people will learn the results of the Arpaio investigation, which Zullo affirmed “may be released as early as March.”
A caller asked if Rep. Steve Stockman would still be assisting in a congressional investigation given the new information and direction of the investigation, to which Gallups said that the ongoing probe does not depend on “any one individual.” Stockman had reportedly pledged to Zullo that he would participate in publicizing the birth certificate forgery, which might include pressing for a congressional investigation.
On Tuesday evening, Stockman’s office announced that he would be challenging Sen. John Cornyn for his seat in next fall’s election.
