Fact of life is that mine, and yours, Constitutional rights override any and all UNCONSTITUTIONAL BS that this, or any other Administration, tries to shove down our throats.
We have the Second Amendment which gives us the legal and lawful right to defend against those who act against the Constitution.
We have the legal authority, provided by the Constitution, to protect ourselves, family, community and country from those who choose not to defend and protect the Constitution.
Following illegal orders does not give law enforcement or the military any rights to circumvent the Constitution.
In Vietnam those who gave illegal orders were appropriately dealt with.
I find it somewhat difficult to be any clearer on this subject.
Indoctrination in the military dealt with illegal orders and the Nuremberg trials. German soldiers were given prison terms, hung, or placed before a firing squad for following illegal orders.
