JOURNALISTS BEGINNING TO SPEAK OUT ABOUT OBAMA’S FIRST AMENDMENT VIOLATIONS

by Sharon Rondeau

The First Amendment to the Bill of Rights guarantees freedom of speech and the press, which the Obama regime has attempted to quell

(Nov. 5, 2013) — On Monday, WhiteHouseDossier.com blogger and reporter Keith Koffler told radio host Rick Amato (scroll down for video) that the threats the Obama regime is making toward insurance company executives is an “abuse against private citizens” which he has never seen before in America.

Koffler is a veteran reporter who covered the White House traditionally for 16 years.  He continues to report Obama’s daily schedule and activities on his blog.  He told Amato that the First Amendment is threatened by the alleged intimidation and that “government is too big,” which “infringes on liberty.”

The Obama regime has reportedly attempted to intimidate insurance executives from speaking out against the launch of his “signature” legislation known as Obamacare, which has seen millions of health insurance policies canceled and premiums which have, in some cases, quadrupled.

The White House has changed the law “on a whim,” which violates Article I, Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution.

Obama had promised Americans that “if you like your plan, you can keep it,” but has now parsed words in an attempt to deny his broken pledge.  Various news outlets have reported that Obama had to have known that millions of plans would be canceled because of the new requirements Obamacare placed on health insurance products.

In George Orwell’s “Animal Farm,” after expelling their farmer master, the animals drew up Seven Commandments which were altered in stealth, as power and corruption grew among the pigs, who operated the farm.  Eventually all seven commandments were altered to benefit the pigs, who became the other animals’ masters.

In Orwell’s “1984,” the news of each day was sanitized every evening by the Ministry of Truth so that the people would not know the truth.

Koffler called the behavior of the White House “creeping socialism” and Obamacare “a major new intrusion on people’s lives.”  He compared the growth of government under Obama to that which occurred under Woodrow Wilson, who brought in the Federal Reserve Bank, involved the United States in World War I, signed further regulations on labor, and presided over the purported passage of a federal income tax constitutional amendment which led to the creation of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Amato speculated that “as things get worse…I don’t think it’s going to be a pretty outcome.”  Koffler responded that “people might have to get really angry before anything changes,” although he decried “violence.”

The regime reportedly intimidated anyone who questioned Obama’s constitutional eligibility and background prior to the 2008 election.  Both a short-form birth certificate and long-form Certificate of Live Birth released on the internet are declared forgeries by a law enforcement investigation.  Certain Obama supporters have attempted to neutralize criticism and spread propaganda, including members of the news media.

Obama claims he was born in Hawaii, but no one there will confirm it.

Early in Obama’s first term, the regime labeled anyone protesting government growth, power and spending; Tea Party members; veterans; supporters of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights; protesters against illegal immigration; and those questioning Obama’s background and fraudulent documentation “sovereign citizens.”  The regime has used the IRS to delay or deny applications for tax-exempt status submitted by groups or individuals viewed as oppositional to Obama’s ideology.

The Obama “Justice” Department also obtained phone records of Associated Press reporters without their knowledge or that of their employers, and on Monday, the Associated Press announced that it had been using “propaganda photos” issued by the White House rather than live shots of Obama at specific times.

“Freedom of speech is the foundation of this nation,” Koffler said in an appearance on a roundtable panel discussing the White House’s alleged behavior.

The Obama regime had promised to be the most transparent administration in U.S. history but has arguably not lived up to that pledge.

In Nazi Germany, Adolf Hitler sidestepped the German constitution, seized power by combining two positions into one, and began silencing his opposition by jailing and killing citizens without cause.  He closed Jewish businesses, rounded up Jews, gypsies and the handicapped, and had them gassed in concentration camps in what became known as the Holocaust.

The Obama regime still denies that there are “death panels” with Obamacare.

Over six million people died as a result of Hitler’s unbridled power, and Europe lay in ruins when he purportedly committed suicide in 1945.  His propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels, also committed suicide along with his wife after poisoning their six children.

Many have believed that the Holocaust could never happen again, but some have cautioned that a leader “elected democratically” with nefarious intent could “someday” be placed in power.  “You want this rule of law,” Sen. Rand Paul said in March of this year, to stop an “evil” person from seizing too much power.
