Obama Uses Scare Tactics, Advises Congress Of Its “Constitutional Duty”

(Sep. 20, 2013) — Addressing a crowd in Liberty, MO on Friday, Barack Hussein Obama a “faction on the far right” has threatened a government shutdown by voting to defund his “signature” health care bill known as Obamacare.

On Friday morning, the U.S. House of Representatives passed an appropriations bill which at the same time defunded Obamacare.  The full implementation of the health care law passed in 2010 has caused businesses and many large employers to lay off workers, reduce the availability of health insurance and benefits, and cut employees’ hours to avoid the projected increases in health care costs.

Obama described delayed paychecks for military enlistees, transportation shutdowns and financial ramifications if there is a partial or full government shutdown, but the Associated Press refuted that contention.

Left-leaning press describes the law as “unpopular” and attempted to characterize “conservative Republicans” as “running up a hill for ideological reasons” by defunding the bill.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Obama have promised not to compromise on any proposal which does not fund Obamacare.  Certain prominent Republican senators, including John McCain, have stated that Obamacare will be retained, even as freshmen senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz are campaigning to abolish it.

Obama’s bill is titled the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,” but recent reports show that health insurance premiums are rising under the new law.  In the state of California, premiums are projected to rise between 64 and 146%.  Costs for senior citizens on Medicare are also rising, while services are being reduced.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has said he will allow a government shutdown if the House does not approve a revised bill which restores Obamacare funding.  Two House Democrats voted in favor of defunding Obamacare.

Obama said that workers being unable to go to work, military enlistees who will not be paid “on time,” and America’s bills not being paid if a “government shutdown” occurs as a result of the two chambers of Congress being unable to come to an agreement on a spending bill.

An appropriations bill to keep government open is needed before October 1.

Obama decried House Republicans’ passage of a spending bill on Friday which authorizes appropriations but defunds the Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as “Obamacare.”  He said that Congress is “not meeting the needs of middle-class families,” but rather, is “focused on politics.”

“They’re not focused on you,” Obama said to the crowd to applause and whistles.

Obama told the crowd that Congress’s “most basic constitutional duty” is to pass an appropriations bill.  Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution states that raising revenue and borrowing money “on the credit of the United States” falls to Congress.

Obama claimed that Congress is “trying to mess with” him in defunding Obamacare.  Over the last several months, Obama has unilaterally declared that certain provisions of Obamacare will be delayed without congressional approval, which some Republicans have termed unconstitutional.

The Founders devised a government with checks and balances so that no one branch would overpower the others.  Many argue that Obama’s numerous executive orders have been issued as laws rather than to clarify existing laws or policies.

Obama has ignored the restrictions placed on him by the U.S. Constitution by circumventing Congress on firearms regulations; by arming Syrian rebels, including members of Al Qaeda; invading Libya; supporting Mohamed Morsi, who is a member of The Muslim Brotherhood, another terrorist organization; transferring guns to Mexican criminals through a gunrunning program entitled “Fast & Furious,” resulting in hundreds of deaths, including a U.S. Border Patrol agent; and for dereliction of duty when Americans came under attack on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya and rescue operations were halted by a stand-down order which only he could have issued.

White House operatives released a forgery of Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate in an apparent attempt to convince Americans that he met the definition of “natural born Citizen” contained in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution.  Obama claims he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961, but no evidence of his presence in Hawaii exists before the age of five, according to the Cold Case Posse, which has been investigating the forgery and related matters for the past two years.

Members of Congress have begun to speak openly about impeachment, and pundits have accused Obama of treason.  He was first accused of treason by CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III on March 17, 2009.  Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution states, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Based on the Cold Case Posse’s investigatory findings, it is possible that Obama is not a U.S. citizen.  Congress has been unwilling to examine the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility, although on Wednesday, a presidential candidate reported that that has changed.
