“UNAMERICAN AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL”

(Sep. 3, 2013) — Rupert Murdoch, Roger Ailes and other executives at FAUX NEWS imposed a gag order on their employees and so-called journalists when “Barack Hussein Obama” (real legal name and identity?) first ran for president in 2007. There was to be no discussion of Obama’s then-questionable birthplace or citizenship. Obviously, the gag order has held firm and appears to be even more restrictive today. One instance is that I don’t think I’ve heard the word “impeachment” uttered on air at FAUX NEWS lately despite the growing calls for Obama’s impeachment. How about you? However, former ambassador and FAUX NEWS consultant John Bolton did tell Greta Van Susteren last week that what our country needs is a “REAL” president! Needless to say, Greta completely glossed over the remark as if she didn’t hear it or grasp the implication of what Bolton was trying to tell her and the audience. Good work, Greta! Rupert and Roger must have been proud of you. The gag order survived again unscathed!
Make no mistake about it, the gag order is un-American and unconstitutional. It deprives FAUX NEWS “journalists,” despite the media’s expected and customary role as the government-watchdog “Fourth Estate,” of their freedom of the press and freedom of speech. When this writer filed a formal complaint with the FCC last year, the response from the Federal Communications Commission (emphasis on “federal”) was that the media, and FAUX NEWS in particular, can choose what to report and what not to report. The complaint was summarily dismissed. No matter to the FCC, I guess, that what FAUX NEWS is doing is unconstitutional! FAUX NEWS is deliberately withholding critical information, which under other circumstances would be extremely newsworthy, from the American public. Thus, as one blustering radio personality puts it, we then are left with “low-information” voters. Heck, what FAUX NEWS is doing, or rather what they are NOT doing, leaves us with “NO-INFORMATION” voters! I contend that FAUX NEWS, by its traitorous corporate behavior, actually determined the outcomes of the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections. Moreover, they continue to this day to aid and abet the treasonous activities of Obama.
Now, if that doesn’t anger you big-time, consider the following. FAUX NEWS chief hypocrite and carnival barker Bill O’Reilly calls his show the “NO-SPIN ZONE” and assures his doting viewers not to worry because “WE’RE LOOKIN’ OUT FOR THE FOLKS!” Then, there’s pretty-boy Sean Hannity, whose ad nauseam litany of the same repetitive talking points night after night is enough to drive any conservative half-crazy. Greta Van Susteren likes to say “WE REPORT, YOU DECIDE,” because she can’t make an intelligent decision on her own. Not only that, but FAUX NEWS does NOT REPORT information which it should, and therefore how could anybody who watches and listens to them possibly be expected to “DECIDE!” And, do you really think Bret Baier is fair, balanced and UNAFRAID? Well, maybe two out of three ain’t bad! How about supposed Constitutional expert, lawyer and judge, Andrew Napolitano? This is someone who actually has chosen to reject all of my emails because he doesn’t want to be exposed to any politically sensitive or controversial information! Obviously, all of these fame- and fortune-seeking individuals have SOLD THEIR SOULS at the behest of Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes instead of having the courage, integrity and true patriotism to stand up for their Constitutional rights and for their country.
For comparison’s sake, do you think MSNBC and others are better or worse than FAUX NEWS? Actually, I believe that MSNBC and others like them are actually less culpable than FAUX NEWS! MSNBC’s “journalists” are merely idiots and incapable of being anything except kool-aid-drinking, brainwashed Obama lovers. So are most of the other radically liberal “news organizations.” At least, FAUX NEWS’ Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes hired some talent, and most of them know better. Alas, though, as Murdoch and Ailes took away their employees’ rights and freedom and made them sell their souls!
Shame, shame on you, Komrades at FAUX NEWS! You are a disgrace to honest and professional journalism and little more than traitors to our country! May I suggest that you get on the right side of history and start telling the whole truth before it is too late. I’m speaking the truth about our first undocumented, foreign-born, communist-mentored, Marxist, repeat-criminal, phony black (6%), race-baiting, Muslim, Arab-American, constitutionally-ineligible “President” and unfit, unvetted, bogus “commander-in-chief.”

One cannot blame only Fox News when most of the media is hiding the facts. Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and even Sarah Palin have had multiple opportunity to expose Obama’s fraud. There are millions of Americans with their heads in the sand. We ALL have a duty to “Posterity” to speak up about treason, fraud, espionage and other crimes which Obama has committed.

I deplore the methodology and censorship used by Fox and the other MSM outlets; but please tell me what provision of the Constitution they are violating?? The first amendment insures: congress shall make no law abridging Freedom of the Press – To me, that means freedom to report what they wish. If you have a different interpretation I would love to hear it. Even those with whom we disagree have the right to speak or remain silent as they see fit – that is their Constitutional guarantee. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly agree with your piece.

i CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH i AGREE WITH YOU.!! It goes much further to Levin, Limbaugh, Medved and a host of others. It IS un-American, and if it were possible the public should put together a massive class action suit against these rich frauds and relieve them all of their ill-gotten gains!
Anyone up for it? Damaged? – Yes, hundreds of $$$ in postage alone plus my blood pressure!
