WHAT IS A TRAITOR?
by Sharon Rondeau
His rampage, which occurred on November 5, 2009 at Ft. Hood, TX, killed 13 unarmed soldiers, one of whom was pregnant and cried out for the life of her unborn child before Hasan shot her. Others tried to stop Hasan with furniture and were either injured or killed as Hasan’s shots continued to fly.
The now-42-year-old had been communicating with jihadists overseas as he “served” in the U.S. Army as a psychiatrist, including with Anwar Al-Awlaki, who Obama ordered killed by a drone in 2011.
Representing himself, Hasan reportedly said little during the trial and questioned only three of the government’s many witnesses. Hasan stated at the outset of the trial that “The evidence will clearly show that I am the shooter.”
Hasan is now paralyzed from the chest down as a result of retaliatory fire from Army Sgts. Kimberley Munley and Mark Todd. Michelle Malkin reported that since 1993, U.S. military bases have had a gun-free policy.
One survivor was shot seven times, blinded in one eye, and is still suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Although born in the United States, Hasan’s parents were Palestinian, and he described himself as having “switched sides” by opening fire on American soldiers. He reasoned that his actions were justified by America’s “illegal war” in Afghanistan to which the Ft. Hood soldiers were preparing to deploy.
Hasan had patronized a firearms store and purchased two pistols which he practiced to shoot at a local shooting range.
CNN originally reported that a young widow with two small children whose husband escaped communism to come to the U.S. and serve in the military reportedly took solace in Obama’s promise to “make sure that the extraordinary men and women in uniform are properly cared for.”
The Obama regime, which is friendly to Islamics associated with The Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist organizations, has classified the shootings as “workplace violence” rather than a terrorist attack. Those who were wounded are therefore not eligible to receive Purple Hearts for their valor.
Now, CNN reports that the survivors feel “betrayed.“
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Martin Dempsey ordered all terms which were perceived as derogatory toward Islam removed from military training materials after 50 Muslim groups complained of “biased, false, and highly offensive training materials about Muslims and Islam.” The career of a 22-year “brilliant” Army veteran was ruined by Dempsey’s poor review of Lt. Col. Matthew Dooley as a result of his instruction of an approved course for officers entitled ““Perspectives on Islam and Islamic Radicalism.” Dooley is seeking to have the negative mark on his record expunged.
When the Columbia prostitution scandal became public, Dempsey referred to Obama as “the boss.“
Nidal Hasan’s middle name is “Malik,” which is the first name of one of Obama’s half-brothers who is reportedly involved in funneling money to The Muslim Brotherhood.
Obama himself has been accused of “orchestrating” the terrorist attack on a CIA compound in Benghazi, Libya on September 11 of last year. Obama has been accused of treason against the United States of America, while Hasan admitted to it, seeking to become a martyr.
On Monday, Hasan will be sentenced to either life in prison or the death penalty. In order for a convicted soldier to be executed, the president must approve.
Hasan’s only apology during the trial was for “not destroying more innocent life.”
Action to remove Hasan from his post in the wake of warning signs before the shooting was not taken because of political correctness, which has also killed and imprisoned many U.S. soldiers in the “War on Terror” under Obama.
