IS IT MAN’S FATE TO ANNIHILATE HIS FELLOW MAN?

(Jul. 7, 2013) — So there was this mysterious lost continent, somewhere in one of the oceans, and most accounts placed it in the South Atlantic, but one often overlooked story placed it in the far North, the most unlikely spot possible, because it was protected by hundreds of miles of teeming ice floes impossible to traverse. One whaling expedition, back in the days of sailing ships, got caught in a vicious Atlantic winter storm and was driven to the far reaches of the ice flow, the birthplace of the dreaded icebergs, like the one that, years later, sunk the Titanic, but then was many miles in and not yet in line to break off to cause havoc and destruction.
By some freak of nature, a temporary tributary of the Gulf Stream came to be at the very instant that every sailor knew that his next stop in this world was Davy Jones’ Locker. The ship broke free of its irons and continued to be carried up where no ship or human traveled before and came to rest on a temperate land inhabited by recognizable life forms save one: a giraffe-like creature that spoke English, yet had none of the skills normally associated with humans, perhaps because they had hooves instead of opposing thumbs.
Upon landing, the sailors were greeted by the last living giraffe-like creature, who told them the story of how proud he was to be the last of his kind. He said that at one time there were millions like him, except some didn’t believe exactly like he did, and the last to die were his wife and daughters because they told him he was crazy for believing that death was a positive thing. They wondered why he couldn’t mind his own business and leave everybody else alone, but no, he had to mimic all the other nut cases and look around you. He told the sailors it was a great honor to his God that he killed them for his family’s “honor.”
He told them his way of thinking started 1,400 years ago when his ancestors were told to go out and kill as many Unbelievers as they could, so they did just that. After the basic Unbelievers were all killed they started to kill each other for “Believing in the wrong way,” or for some excuse because murder by then became a way of life, something everyone did. If you didn’t do it to them before they did it to you well, you got murdered.
Just as the last living giraffe creature finished his story, the ground shook violently and the sailors hightailed it back to their ship, where it was sucked back into the North Atlantic, and the last sight of the Land of the Giraffe Creatures was swallowed up by fire and ice, never to be seen again.
Does a system of belief that could only end in disaster remind anyone of anything? And what about the United Nations, supporting such a belief system; do we continue to take part in the charade of “Liberty” for all or do we use the common sense that our Creator gave us and kick the United Nations out of our country once and for all, to take a hick, and take their “Agenda 21 with them?
The flip side is to wait around until we’re the only ones left who haven’t been taken care of. What are we going to do, leave Obama in power? You know, the only reason he’s in power is because some of our fellow citizens have become traitors to the Constitution by failing to uphold their Oath, to “protect and defend.” Members of our military come to mind, such as the Joint Chiefs of Staff, government employees of the DOJ, NSA, CIA, FBI, DHS and every member of our military, from an E-1 to a General. Come on, people, let’s get with the program and use some common sense in this matter.
