OBAMA’S POLICE STATE REVEALED

by Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III

Barack Hussein Obama has been named as an imposter and dissembler. He presides over a government whose departments have systematically violated citizens’ constitutional rights and federal laws.  People have been imprisoned for “thought crimes” and harassed by the IRS. Military veterans have been named “militia extremists.” Is Big Brother watching you?

(Jun. 10, 2013) — I’m trying to find a way to describe this, and I’m undone; the words don’t come to me.

Our country is working against us.  This is consistent with everything we’ve discovered.

This guy has been plugged into the government network – its spider web, if you will – and has seen some very sensitive and intricate collection efforts and successes.  We’ve known for a while that it’s been going on.  These guys are using an electronic vacuum cleaner to listen to this telephone call right now, and then they store it.  Then they put a tag on it and they can retrieve it at will.  And they’re scooping up everything.

They’re recording as much as they’re physically able to, and every day, their ability to record more and capture more increases.  They have nine major internet companies, and there are 50 other companies from which they’re taking information.  All they have to do is type in a couple of key words, a couple searches, and within moments, they can put together a picture of you that paints you in a very dark way – as they have done for you and me – and then come after you.

We’re reliving history here.

This is the kind of information that a guy like William C. Killian can go and recover any time he wants, to lock up anybody he wants, because of what they say you’re thinking.  Now, because of the thought crime prosecution success with Darren Huff, they can prosecute anybody they want using the information they have to lie and act in deceit.

They are able to tie email addresses to individual people.  With the machine technology and the electronic capabilities that we have today, they are able to tag you and me because you have a certain phone number and I have a certain phone number. It’s like having a Social Security number.  They are able to vacuum up this information and then store it, and they have several different ways they can tag you or me:  email addresses, phone numbers, license plate numbers.  They can tag you when you are using a credit card.  When you withdraw from an ATM, you’re being photographed.

These things have been going on for a long time, but they have been turned over to Obama, and under Obama, it’s gotten so very much worse.  When you take a look at the kinds of manipulations that have been carried out to see that he is installed in office and the kind of manipulations we have seen with regard to, for example, the vote…This is the kind of technology that is available.

Snowden is exposing the government for conducting itself in a tyrannical way.  He had a very posh job in Hawaii.  He is now in Hong Kong for his own safety.

This is huge, breathtaking, profound.  Snowden expressed this as well as it can be expressed, and when he was asked about Obama, he said he heard Obama trying to defend the indefensible.

He said, “I have been surprised and pleased to see the public has reacted so strongly in defence of these rights that are being suppressed in the name of security. It is not like Occupy Wall Street but there is a grassroots movement to take to the streets on July 4 in defence of the Fourth Amendment called Restore The Fourth Amendment and it grew out of Reddit. The response over the internet has been huge and supportive.”

I am so glad I am not in uniform today to defend this.  The National Security Agency is a military command headed by a four-star Army General, Keith Alexander, headquartered in Ft. Meade, MD.

The article says:

Q: What do the leaked documents reveal?

A: “That the NSA routinely lies in response to congressional inquiries about the scope of surveillance in America. I believe that when [senator Ron] Wyden and [senator Mark] Udall asked about the scale of this, they [the NSA] said it did not have the tools to provide an answer. We do have the tools and I have maps showing where people have been scrutinised most. We collect more digital communications from America than we do from the Russians.”

This is the raw exposition of tyranny.  He was asked about Bradley Manning and said, “Manning was a classic whistleblower.  He was inspired by the public good.”

Bradley Manning is being court-martialed at Ft. Meade.  Terry Lakin was court-martialed at Ft. Meade.

This interview was done on D-Day, the 6th of June.

Q: What is your reaction to Obama denouncing the leaks on Friday while welcoming a debate on the balance between security and openness?

A: “My immediate reaction was he was having difficulty in defending it himself. He was trying to defend the unjustifiable and he knew it.”

This is the most powerful thing I’ve seen.

One of the Catholic archbishops said that we are at risk of discarding the rule of law.

This is a celebration of The Post & Email.  He has just given complete justification to you for everything that you have been doing and writing about for the last four years.  The tyranny of our government has been laid bare. It’s out there in front of everybody, and it is unassailable.  When you start to think about the kinds of resources and the data that the IRS and the Department of Justice went after to collect from people which is being fed into this database…it’s not just phone calls and emails.  When I talk about these tags and triggers you can attach to people, when the IRS went in and said, “We need the names of all of your people; we need their names and phone numbers,” then the IRS can go to an extraordinary database and use any information they choose, searching for anyone…they are collecting up as much information as is possible, and it’s not just the NSA.  It’s the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security…all of this information is going to a central repository which is a military installation.  A new facility in Bluffdale, Utah, which is a $2 billion complex, is set to open in the fall.

Have they not used this kind of information against Darren Huff?  And the case against Darren Huff was completely invented?

Anybody who speaks against government corruption is painted as some kind of conspiracy theorist, as someone who is anti-government.  Think about that speech that Obama gave to graduating students at Ohio State:  “Don’t worry about government tyranny…” and now this young man comes forward…Obama is lying to our college graduates knowingly, saying, “You don’t need to know what I know.”

What he’s saying is, “Do not worry about what somebody might come forward and tell you.”  Obama must have sensed that something was coming on Friday in California, because he said he will “leave office sometime within the next three and a half years.”  This man must be removed from office!

Mr. Obama has been under the burden of a complaint naming him in the commission of treason for more than four years.  And what did we say in the treason complaint…that he’s been deceiving, dissembling, lying, that he was “free from constitutional restraint…”

We have been watching this, and what this young man has done vindicates everything that we have been doing and involved with for years.

I’m shaking right now.

We are under attack.  This young man has just come out and said it clearly, cogently, and concisely.  Mr. Obama is in commission of treason, and he cannot be trusted.  He is a national security threat.  And it’s not just him; it’s all of the people he has on both the military and civilian sides.  These people have to go.

Editor’s Notes:  On June 6, George Orwell’s book 1984 reached its 60th anniversary in print.  On Monday, Amazon reported that sales have risen 69% since Snowden’s revelations became public that day.

“Whether a man is guilty or innocent…we have to find that out by due process of law.”

No one could have said it any better Walt! I want to vote for Fitzpatrick for POTUS! Lets clean out the scum and get America back on track to prosperity and growth. We need someone that will stand up for the Constitution and not let us down. We need quality Veterans and College men that will stand up for America and stop the lies, theft, coverups, pork based buddy systems, internal corruption and entitlement greed that is out of control and out of the public redress through the legal judicial system. I vote Walt Fitzpatrick for POTUS AFTER they pay him his back pay that Obama garnished to punish Walt for standing up for the Constitution and trying to tell people about Obama’s Treason, Perjury, Election Fraud, Identity Fraud and continuous violation of the written Constitution and ordering the Judicial to refuse any attempt to prosecute him or any of his criminal assistants!

When I went to do our taxes this year I discovered that social security had not sent our forms. This was because the county had changed our house number and SS had not entered the change. The post office returned the forms, of course. And I had waited until the last minute to file, of course.

So we went to the SS website and opened “accounts” to get our information from the website. There were three security questions we had to answer correctly or we would not be allowed access (to our information). We had bought a car recently and took out a 90 day promotional loan. Two of the security questions pertained to the make of the car and the holder of the loan. The other question required us to answer with the year of activation of our most recent credit card. If our answers did not compare with the data SS had harvested on us we would have been denied access to our information.

Why would SS ever need to know that I had bought a car? Why would they need to know if it had a loan or who held the loan, for that matter? Why do they need to know about my credit cards?

Mining a citizen’s personal data goes way, way deep and is endemic* thru all federal agencies.

ok if anyone has applied for a job lately they will find that there is software that can scan written documents searching for key words and reject you for the job without a human ever having read a word. The computer is also nice enough sometimes to send you a well written rejection letter. You know that is what is happening becuase the rejection letter will appear as an email in your in tray within a millisecond after sending the letter. Just like the voice software “Dragon”, this can be done for voice transmissions as well.

My theory is that they have software scanning the documents and conversations for storage of concepts/topics of interest on you for storage. For humans, yes the job to do so is too large, but not for computers! I guess if a human isn’t actually reading the mail and a computer is they can say they are not invading your privacy-person to person injury. Can a computer invade our privacy or does it have to be another human? Hum? If a tree falls in the forest, does it make any noise?

Well, my answer is that if I walk by later and see the fallen tree…I still know it made a sound!

What a Brave New World we have entered….
