Is the Obama Regime Prosecuting “Thought Crimes?”

(May 4, 2013) — George Orwell’s 1949 novel 1984 depicts a “world of perpetual war, omnipresent government surveillance, and public mind control, dictated by a political system euphemistically named English Socialism (Ingsoc) under the control of a privileged Inner Party elite that persecutes all individualism and independent thinking as thoughtcrimes.^[2] Their tyranny is headed by Big Brother, the quasi-divine Party leader who enjoys an intense cult of personality, but who may not even exist. Big Brother and the Party justify their rule in the name of a supposed greater good.“

Orwell’s book is described as a “dystopian novel,” the meaning of which is “an imaginary place where people lead dehumanized and often fearful lives.”

The man known as “Barack Hussein Obama” rose to power via a “cult of personality” likened to “fascist leaders” such as Adolf Hitler.  Those critical of Obama have consistently been labeled “racists,” and the speaking of his middle name was considered politically incorrect during the presidential campaign lest he be associated with former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein or the Arab origins of the name.

Orwell placed his novel in “Oceania,” which had its own language, “Newspeak.”  One description of “Newspeak,” which replaced “standard English” in the narrative, reads:

Newspeak was the official language of Oceania and had been devised to meet the ideological needs of Ingsoc, or English Socialism. In the year 1984 there was not as yet anyone who used Newspeak as his sole means of communication, either in speech or writing. The leading articles in The Times were written in it, but could only be carried out by a specialist. It was expected that Newspeak would have finally superseded Oldspeak (or Standard English) by about the year 2050. Meanwhile it gained ground steadily, all Party members tending to use Newspeak words and grammatical constructions more and more in their everyday speech.

It was intended that when Newspeak had been adopted once and for all and the Oldspeak forgotten, a heretical thought – that is, a thought diverging from the principles of Ingsoc – should be literally unthinkable, at least so far as thought is dependent on words. Its vocabulary was so constructed as to give exact and often very subtle expression to every meaning that a Party member could properly wish to express, while excluding all other meanings and also the possibility of arriving at them by indirect methods. This was done partly by the invention of new words, but chiefly by eliminating undesirable words and by stripping such words as remained of unorthodox meanings. To give a single example. The word free still existed in Newspeak, but it could only be used in such statements as “This dog is free from lice” or “this field is free from weeds.” It could not be used in its old sense of “politically free” or “intellectually free”, since political and intellectual freedom no longer existed even as concepts. and were therefore of necessity nameless. Newspeak words were divided into A vocabulary, B vocabulary and C vocabulary.

In 2009, Obama’s communications director proudly declared that the campaign had “controlled the media,” a phenomenon which continues today with such outlets as Esquire, CNN, MSNBC, NBC News, TIME, and The Huffington Post.  The Obama machine’s control over the media resulted in a blackout of his questionable life story and lack of identification documents.  A law enforcement investigation has since found that Obama’s Selective Service registration form and long-form birth certificate are “computer-generated forgeries” and seeks to prosecute those responsible for creating the fraudulent and deceptive documents intended to obscure facts as yet unknown about his past and identity.

Obama has eliminated certain terms from the government official lexicon, including “Islam,” “jihad,” and “global war on terror.”  An Army instructor teaching a course on the dangers of radical Islam was reprimanded and his career most likely destroyed by Obama’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, who, along with Obama, violated the Posse Comitatus Act in March 2009.

In Orwell’s book, a “thought crime” could result in death.

Since Obama took office, evangelical Christians and other people of faith have been increasingly marginalized and persecuted, having been categorized as “potential domestic terrorists,” “right-wing extremists” and “Sovereign Citizens” capable of violence.  The FBI reports that Sovereign Citizens often are heard quoting from the Bible, the U.S. Constitution, and U.S. Supreme Court decisions and “filming interactions with law enforcement that they later post on the Internet.”

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama touted the advantages of “spreading the wealth around,” which is a socialist concept.  In 1996, Obama became a member of The New Party, which espoused socialist principles and sought to move the Democrat Party to the left.

After creating trillions of dollars of debt, Obama and his family continue to take lavish vacations, which many have labeled “elitist.”  Through the issuance of executive orders to make policy and effectively change law, Obama has arguably usurped the power of his office and the executive branch of government in what many label a growing “tyranny.”

“Government surveillance” of private citizens has expanded under Obama in a non-transparent manner despite his promise of “openness in government.”  An award given to Obama for his alleged transparency was bestowed in private and was not on his official schedule.  In 2010, a public school was found to have installed webcams to “spy” on students in their homes.  Obama’s Department of Education plans to do much more with its “Common Core” curriculum, disguised as an improvement over heretofore academic standards.

Last month, Obama proposed a $100-million taxpayer-funded brain-mapping project purportedly to “unlock the mystery of the three pounds of matter that sits between our ears.”

Obama-supportive media has grouped Neo-Nazis and other criminals with with “anti-government insurrectionists,” “Obamaspeak” for Tea Party members and “militias.”  The Obama regime has expanded the scope and definition of “hate crimes” to include specific groups of people such as homosexuals.

In 2006, Obama suggested that the “Sermon on the Mount” was a “radical” passage of the Bible.  Yet in 2008, when he was running for president, Obama insisted that he was a practicing Christian.  His former pastor, Jeremiah Wright, said in 2012 that Obama had been “steeped in Islam” when he began attending his Chicago church in the early 1990s.

After ascending to the White House, Obama launched an obvious anti-Christian crusade which continues today which some would support.

Obama’s military has become more hostile to the exercising of Christian faith on the part of those enlisted.  Examples include:

• In 2012, an Air Force officer was reportedly told to remove a Bible from the top of his desk because it could make someone else “uncomfortable.”  In 2006, the Air Force reportedly “adopted new religious guidelines” after “religious coercion” was reported
• The hiring of anti-Christian Mikey Weinstein as a consultant to the Pentagon on religious matters in the military.  Weinstein believes that Christians who discuss their faith while on duty are guilty of “treason” and “sedition”
• Following a meeting with Weinstein, the Pentagon suggested that Christian soldiers could be court-martialed for speaking about their faith or “proselytizing,” altering its stated policy only after a public outcry prompting an inquiry from members of Congress

Obama said at the 2012 National Prayer Breakfast that “his policies are grounded in his Christian belief,” yet his regime has persecuted Christians, particularly white male Christians, in an unprecedented manner.  Following the arrest and detaining in a psychiatric facility of a former Marine, Brandon Raub, in August 2012, The Rutherford Institute, a First-Amendment organization, reported receiving hundreds of similar reports from veterans for expressing “anti-government” views.

Obama’s Department of Justice seeks to deport a Christian home-schooling family on the premise that home-schooling “is not a right,” agreeing with the German government which maintains a law passed during Hitler’s reign that all children must be government-educated.

In 1984, main character Winston Smith worked in the Ministry of Truth, which was responsible for pumping out government propaganda and “historical revisionism.”  Smith defied his government programmers and was imprisoned, tortured, and brainwashed to “love Big Brother.”

Government whistleblowers have been intimidated to remain silent about their knowledge of the attack on a U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.  After retaining legal counsel, four such witnesses will be coming forward beginning May 8.  It has been reported that several “revisions” of the Benghazi narrative were exchanged by several government agencies before being released for public consumption.

In a recent press conference, Obama denied having “heard of” the Benghazi whistleblowers.  The White House and State Department purposely reported disinformation to the American public to minimize the involvement of Islamic terrorist in the attack in Benghazi on September 11.

The Post & Email has previously reported that photos and information about Obama, his family, and his regime have disappeared from the internet.

Several journalists have reported intimidation from members of the Obama regime.  Those in the alternative media who have reported on the Obama eligibility/identity issue have received death threats, website hack attacks, email account breaches, and obscene telephonic and electronic communications from Obama operatives.  Death threats against others investigating the birth certificate fraud continue to appear at The Post & Email from a specific identity.

On April 20, 2010, Darren Wesley Huff traveled from his home in Georgia to Madisonville, TN to witness a court hearing for CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.). Fitzpatrick had attempted a citizen’s arrest of the acting Monroe County, TN grand jury foreman on April 1 for serving in violation of state law and was subsequently arrested himself and jailed for five days by Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies. Fitzpatrick’s discovery of the de facto foreman’s 28-year tenure prompted him to first approach local law enforcement, state-level authorities, and the FBI for assistance, but none would act.

Fitzpatrick reported the systemic corruption in the Tenth Judicial District to The Post & Email and other outlets, which brought into focus the longstanding tyranny of the judiciary in eastern Tennessee and other parts of the country.

Huff took video footage of the citizen’s arrest and wished to lend moral support to Fitzpatrick on the day of his assignment hearing on April 20.  However, Fitzpatrick did not invite anyone to attend and was unaware that Huff or anyone else would be traveling to Madisonville on that Tuesday.  Both Huff and Fitzpatrick have been labeled “Sovereign Citizens” by members of the Knoxville FBI and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

After a traffic stop outside of town for allegedly driving through a stop sign, which Huff disputes, Huff locked his legally-carried firearms in the toolbox located on the back of his pickup truck and proceeded into Madisonville.  He parked his vehicle and prayed outside with others who had arrived to attend the hearing, although they ultimately were not permitted to enter the courtroom.  He instead went to a nearby restaurant for lunch and then returned home uneventfully.

No public official was threatened, and, contrary to media propaganda, no one was found to have been carrying a firearm in Madisonville that day.  Despite visits after April 20 from FBI agents to those who had gone to attend Fitzpatrick’s hearing, no one was issued a citation, arrested, or even confronted for having carried a firearm, legally or illegally, in Madisonville that day.

Darren Huff is in a federal prison today as the result of a crime about which FBI and corrupt eastern Tennessee officials claimed he had been “thinking” but which did not take place.

On April 26, 2010, FBI Special Agent Mark van Balen signed a notarized affidavit attesting to the fact that at least a dozen people had been carrying guns in Madisonville on April 20, but he did not have first-hand information.  Instead, he stated that he relied on reports from others that “Huff and several individuals were in the possession of openly displayed and concealed firearms” within the vicinity of the Monroe County courthouse in Madisonville.  However, neither Van Balen nor those alleging that people had been observed carrying guns were able to identify any such person in affidavits or court testimony at Huff’s trial in October 2011.

On April 19, Obama’s propagandists had called in reports of “threats” to then-Madisonville Mayor Allan Watson, instigating the call-up of at least 100 agents from the FBI, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), county sheriffs’ offices, local police, SWAT teams, snipers, and Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Written statements from at least ten attendees of Fitzpatrick’s hearing reported that no one was seen armed in Madisonville on April 20, 2010.

In responses to The Post & Email’s Freedom of Information Act requests on the “courthouse takeover” over which Huff was imprisoned, Obama’s Department of Justice first stated that it possessed no documentation but also that any documentation which existed would be exempt from disclosure because of “privacy” concerns.  The Post & Email had asked for documents indicating who had ordered the sizable deployment of law enforcement officers.

Obama-appointed U.S. attorney William C. Killian took great pleasure in publishing additional propaganda after Huff was convicted, stating on his official website that Huff had “taken the law into his own hands.”  Yet Huff had been allowed to return to his home on April 20 without incident, and his guns had been locked in his truck since the time of the traffic stop.

The jury had originally returned a “hung” verdict but was encouraged by the judge to reconsider its decision.

The FBI reposted Killian’s propaganda and later stated on a radio program that Huff’s conviction “is monumental to the FBI because it will set precedent for case law in future domestic terrorism cases throughout the United States.”

However, despite legitimate warnings from two foreign countries, the FBI was unable to thwart the domestic terrorism perpetrated by two brothers of Chechen origin who planned and carried out the worst attack on American civilians since 9-11 which killed three and injured hundreds.  Obama’s compliant media were quick to accuse “right-wing extremists” of the heinous crime.  One “hoped” that the perpetrator was “a white American.”

Dzhokar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev left ample evidence of what they had been “thinking” prior to the Boston Marathon attacks, but the FBI did not apprehend them.

Fitzpatrick and Huff are both U.S. Navy veterans, white, and Christian.  Raub is a white male veteran.  Huff is incarcerated at a federal prison in Texarkana, TX, and Fitzpatrick was jailed on five separate occasions by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.
