Tennessee First to Establish Balance of Powers Committee

“THE MOST IMPORTANT LEGISLATION INTRODUCED AT THE STATE LEVEL IN DECADES”

from the North American Law Center and US Patriots Union

(Apr. 4, 2013) — Three and a half years ago, founders of Patriots Unions outlined and drafted model state legislation designed to return the future of America to the people and the state level, The Balance of Powers Act.

This week, Tennessee became the first state to establish a Balance of Powers Committee responsible for reviewing all states rights matters on constitutional grounds and stopping unconstitutional acts in Tennessee, on behalf of the people of Tennessee.

No announcements have been made yet, as the Lt. Governor of Tennessee and legislative leaders work to develop a PR campaign promoting the use of the Balance of Powers Committee to block Federal overreaches.

Tennessee has proven it CAN BE DONE, that there are REAL CONSERVATIVE LEGISLATORS still at the state level, ready to do the right things, along with HOW to get it done in YOUR state. EVERY member should move swiftly to work with state legislators to GET IT DONE!

MORE INFORMATION COMING IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS TENNESSEE MAKES ITS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS.

ALL CREDIT GOES TO THESE BRAVE SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS HAPPEN IN TENNESSEE…. A LIST OF KEY PLAYERS IN TENNESSEE WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE NEXT ANNOUNCEMENTS, ALONG WITH UPDATES ON WHERE WE ARE IN OTHER STATES.

THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE THE BALANCE OF POWERS A REALITY IN TENNESSEE…

As we work across the country in numerous states to duplicate the success of the Tennessee Balance of Powers Committee, expenses have significantly increased. To keep moving, we must have the financial resources to keep going.

In addition, the criminal complaint and numerous other high priority initiatives remain on the table awaiting the necessary funding to launch those actions.

These types of Committee have the potential to shrink enough of government bloat to fit the monster back into its constitutionally designed container. This time let’s seal the container, keep it in a iron clad cage, and guard it from outside manipulation by greedy international bankers and their political cohorts.

Oh, let’s not forget, we have the same right and authority at the county level, to stop the State from enforcing color of law edicts against the People, and to prohibit incursions from any other source OUTSIDE OUR COUNTY that we deem undesirable, such as propagandized educational material, GMO foods, high tech weather modification, unwarranted invasions of privacy, harmful radiations, destabilizing business competition, and etc. Every county ought to be unique and vigilant in this regard.

Skip Step #3 – lie detector tests.

We don’t need blips on a machine and an interpreter to tell us the guy is feeding us lies. This is a contest of people.

Any political candidate with an audience ought to feel the pressure to stick with the facts. Else we need a better educated audience.

Step #x – Must pass a rigid Declaration of Independence test.

Step #1 – term limits (no more than 2)
Step #2 – must pass a Constitution test (not just claim you read it)
Step #3 – lie detector tests throughout the campaigns.
