ON APRIL 2 EPISODE

(Apr. 3, 2013) — The discussion was about “Barack Obama’s” (real legal name?) attendance on Easter at the church across the street from the White House and the pastor’s inappropriate racial and sexist remarks during the sermon.
Krauthammer pointed out to O’Reilly that all presidents had attended the same church. Krauthammer paused, and then said wryly, “EVEN CHESTER ARTHUR!”
For those of you who don’t get it, or who are OBOTs (“Obama” robots) and don’t want to hear about it, Chester Arthur’s father was a BRITISH CITIZEN at the time of Chester’s birth in Vermont (though some claim that Chester was born in Canada or possibly Europe, which doesn’t make any difference anyway because of his father’s foreign citizenship). The bottom line, of course, is THAT CHESTER A ARTHUR, OUR 21ST PRESIDENT, WAS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AS DEFINED BY OUR CONSTITUTION AND, AS SUCH, WAS INELIGIBLE TO EVER BECOME PRESIDENT (OR VICE-PRESIDENT). In fact, Chester Arthur is reputed to be the only president ever who was Constitutionally unqualified to hold office.
THAT IS, FUTURE KOMRADES, UNTIL “BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA” CAME ALONG! “OBAMA’S” BIOLOGICAL FATHER (ASSUMING IT WAS NOT FRANK MARSHALL DAVIS!) WAS ALSO BRITISH, BUT WITH THE ADDITIONAL FACT (FORGED HAWAIIAN “BIRTH CERTIFICATES” DON’T COUNT AS FACTS, NOR DO STOLEN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS!) THAT “BARACK” HIMSELF WAS BORN IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, KENYA, MAKING HIM DOUBLY INELIGIBLE AND THE SECOND USURPER OF THE PRESIDENCY IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COUNTRY!
Please note that Bill O’Reilly deceitfully and idiotically (can you be both!) stated on video a couple of years ago that he had absolute “proof” that “Obama” was born in Hawaii, in the form of newspaper birth announcements! At the same time, he also said that he was “too busy” to look into the matter any further! No less than a week or two ago, O’Reilly was still debunking “birthers” and saying that we were guilty of spreading “crazy ideas” about “Obama!”
WAY TO GO, CHARLES! SHAME ON YOU AGAIN, O’REILLY, AND FAUX NEWS!
As far as I am concerned, the so-called “journalists of FAUX NEWS” (as Shep Smith now is calling himself and his KOMRADES) are little more than co-conspirators with “Obama” (if only tacitly because of their FEAR and SILENCE- what do you think of that, Mr. “UNAFRAID” Bret Baier!) and traitors. They actually aided and abetted “Obama” being elected (twice!) by WITHHOLDING CRITICAL, NATIONAL SECURITY LEVEL NEWS FROM THEIR VIEWERS AND THE VOTERS. FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND FREEDOM OF PRESS AT FAUX NEWS HAVE BEEN QUASHED BY THEIR NOW WIDELY-SUSPECTED, BUT STILL BEING HUSHED-UP GAG ORDER!
Are congratulations in order for Rupert Murdoch, Roger Ailes, Brian Lewis, et al, or will it be lodging in the lovely “gated community” at LEAVENWORTH, where, if they are lucky, they might even be able to get some exclusive interviews with their new “neighbors,” our former Senators, Representatives and Judges! Maybe even Hillary and Eric Holder!
Hiller,Courts decide cases on LEGAL precedents NOT illegal precedents. Arthur’s crime is NOT a Precedent to allow Obama to commit the same crime as Arthur did anymore than Benedict Arnold’s crimes of Treason is a precedent for Obama to do so.
Chamberjac, Arthur was a usurper.It IS true. Obama does not have to be a foreigner to be considered a spy. Obama is a domestic spy under the UCMJ at Section 906.106. Obama owes allegiance to the US by virtue of his Oath of Office. He swore that he would uphold the Constitution knowing full well that he would not. The cited UCMJ provision covers “ANY Person” and not just military personnel. It provides that “Any Person” found “Lingering” in places,without legal authority, wherein,during time of war,the conduct of that war is being engaged in. Such places include,but are not limited to,Naval Shipyards,Military Bases,The White House War Room,The Pentagon,Military Contractor Facilities and Installations. You get the idea. Obama is NOT bona-fides. He is a Fraud,a fake,a faux CIC/POOTUS. Obama is for all intents and purposes a SPY and is subject to the Death Penalty. Obama also stands accused of Treason for which he also faces Death,if convicted. It is prima facie,true on it’s face,incontrovertible. Obama HAS usurped the Presidency and is NOT the President of the United States but IS a Treasonous SPY.
Hannity,Cooper,O’Reilly,Smith and others as FOX News have ALL denigrated “Birthers” in some way,shape or form. They and many other media outlets have done a GRAVE disservice to America and have joined the facilitators of Obama’s treason and fraud.
This is unfortunate news when referring to Chester Arthur. If I am correct, he also destroyed his own records to hide the truth. The very unfortunate part of this is that No One ever did the investigative work and brought him to justice for his usurpation. Therefore none of the E/O’s or legislation passed during his faux Presidency was ever undone as should have been. This could set a precedence. My eternal hope would be that Mr. Obama, Soetoro or whatever his real name might be, be brought to justice and all legislation passed during his reign of power be vacated, set aside, voided or whatever other term may be appropriate. Furthermore he be prosecuted as a foreign spy, if appropriate, and be prosecuted for identity theft and fraud. If it should turn out that he is not a foreigner, then he should still be prosecuted for identity theft, fraud, presenting false documents to obtain a federal job, etc. There could very well be hundreds of charges applied to his crimes. I hope I live to see such a day of justice for America, however at this point it seems unlikely with all the snakes, liars, and sewer gas that occupy our US congress. If only the majority of American citizens were smart enough to clean house and take out the trash at the voting booth. I would prefer to gas them out permanently with there own sewer gas. Just my opinion.
For those who have once watched you know FoxNews is just as deceitful as MSNBC. They no longer call themselves “journalists” but are now analysts and contributors as you say NOT unafraid to spew misinformation that allows them to keep the thread in the forefront of their programming. It is kind of like Congress, everyone is your “friend” even those diametrically opposed to everything you supposedly believe who most would consider an enemy.
That should solve the problem – there’s a precident for the President not needing to be qualified. Courts routinely rely on precident rather than actual law interpretation when passing judgements. What a great country we live in !!!
