DOES AMERICA NEED A NEW DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE?

by OPOVV, ©2013

(Mar. 26, 2013) — I heard the other night a pundit saying that the Republicans have to nominate a “politician who has won an election, preferably from a medium-sized red state.” I’m sorry, but if we’re to save our country, the LAST person we need is just another lying “what’s in it for me” politician. What this country needs, number one, is a Veteran who will uphold his Oath. Well, that sure leaves out Allen West, doesn’t it? If the candidate is afraid to question Obama’s eligibility issue, then what good is he?

This pundit also said something about being “tall” as a requirement to be a viable candidate. Gee, I had no idea they went around to the signers of The Declaration of Independence and said, “Nope, sorry, you can’t sign because you’re too short.”

Look, it’s high time this country faces the facts of the current situation. First thing we’ve GOT to do is admit we’ve been had, that everything Obama signed is null and void.

The second thing we must do is get our freedoms back, so we abolish the Federal Reserve Bank’s ability to have anything whatsoever to do with our money, stop them from fleecing us as they’ve been doing for the last 100 years, abolish the IRS and institute a National Flat Sales Tax, and abolish the DHS (Department of Homeland Security), which hasn’t been acting on the behalf of the Patriotic citizens of our country but, rather, aiding and abetting the enemy of Western Civilization, Islam.

We must deport each and every illegal immigrant. If anybody has a problem with the deportation of a person who has no respect for the laws of our land, then they can just as easily be deported, that is, if any other country would have them, which is unlikely, I mean, who wants lawbreakers?

I’m not even going to mention deporting Muslims; that goes without saying. If those in our country wish to denounce Islam and join the human race, that’s fine, glad to have them.

So, as the Republican Party is gearing up for the 2014 elections, they better get on the bandwagon or they’ll be left behind as they did when they nominated McCain and then Romney, just two of the “has-been” generation of politicians of the past, unable to confront the issues of the world head-on.

Just because the joke has indeed been on us (Ha ha, we won, you lost) doesn’t necessarily follow that we have to follow the script that’s been in place ever since Bush the First mentioned “New World Order” for the first time.

Look, I was against the European Union and NAFTA. The IMF hasn’t been any friend to Third World countries they say they want to help. The United Nations has become nothing less than an Islamic Admiration Society that is anti-Freedom, anti-American and we should get out of it and kick them out of our country. If the Republican Party can’t, or won’t, meet the hard issues head-on, then they’re ancient history.

What we need are people, candidates, who won’t toe the current Party Line, who will think for themselves and be able to stand alone, without a Party Machine behind their every move:  someone with guts. What we need is a red-blooded American who is not ashamed to say whatever it is that needs saying.

  1. I would love to run for President, but I’m a VietNam Marine vet with PTSD – that automatically disqualifies seven ways from breakfast.

    1. Hey Stephen Hiller,
Even if you were EIGHT ways to Sunday messed-up you’re STILL more qualified to be POTUS than the “De Facto Cheap Suit Muslim Clown” that’s in our White House at the present time.
Look, anyone who was over there HAD to come back with a screw lose, or wound a little too tight, and if you DIDN’T, you‘re just not “normal”.
You’re okay, Stephen, and thanks for the comment.
      Sincerely,
