Taitz’s Subpoenas Ask Congressmen to Acknowledge Evidence of Forgery and Fraud

(Mar. 10, 2013) — Last Tuesday, California Atty. Orly Taitz flew to Washington, DC and served 14 congressmen, 12 of whom are members of the House Judiciary Committee, with subpoenas and an “Urgent Demand for Verification” asking them to acknowledge that two U.S. attorneys had filed an opposition to a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in her case Grinols et al v. Electoral College et al.  The TRO was requested to stay the certification of the electoral votes on January 4, 2013 from the November 6, 2012 election as outlined in Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

Judge Morrison England refused to grand Taitz’s request, and Congress certified the votes without objection despite numerous reports of widespread election fraud, some of which have been proven correct.  Congress also ignored the formal reports from a law enforcement investigation completed by detectives in Maricopa County, AZ, which had declared Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form “computer-generated forgeries.”

Lead investigator Michael Zullo of the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse spoke about the findings in two press conferences last year, asking for a congressional investigation.  Zullo and Pastor Carl Gallups, a former law enforcement officer, will be attending the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) this week in an attempt to convince “VIPs” that action needs to be taken.

The Urgent Demand for Verification asks 16 questions in “yes-or-no” format pertaining to Taitz’s allegations of fraud, forgery, and Social Security fraud committed by Obama or his surrogates and refers to several affidavits from experts in Selective Service forms and computer graphics programs.  Taitz asks the congressmen to respond to whether or not they were “notified” that two U.S. attorneys filed a motion to oppose her request for a Temporary Restraining Order on their behalf and if they were provided with her documentation contending that Obama’s Selective Service registration form and long-form birth certificate are fraudulent.

The congressmen have until March 19, 2013 to answer the subpoenas.  On March 9, Taitz posted the subpoenas issued to Rep. Trey Gowdy and Rep. Michele Bachmann along with proofs of service.  Four U.S. attorneys representing Obama whose salaries are paid by U.S. taxpayers were also noticed of the subpoenas.

In an interview with Gallups on Friday with The Post & Email, Gallups provided five reasons as to why he believes action has not been taken by Congress on the reports of fraud and forgery, one of which was that many congressmen have become “wimpified,” meaning that they are steered by political rather than constitutional motivation and lack the courage to “do the right thing.”  Gallups also mentioned the possibility that members of Congress have been personally threatened about coming forward, a phenomenon which Washington Post veteran reporter Bob Woodward recently made public, after which he was echoed by a handful of other mainstream media reporters.

The Post & Email has received death and other threats since its inception in August 2009 and has now made those known to its congressman without having received a response.  On March 5, The Post & Email asked for readers’ help in contacting their congressmen to ask if they, too, had ever been objects of threats from the Obama regime.

In September 1776, 21-year-old Connecticut native Nathan Hale was hanged as a spy by the British, against whom the colonies had rebelled in 1775 with the Battles of Lexington and Concord in neighboring Massachusetts.  Not yet 21 at the time but a Yale-educated schoolteacher and member of the local militia, Hale had addressed attendees at a town meeting in New London, CT, “Let us march immediately, and never lay down our arms until we obtain our independence.”

New London is now part of the congressional district of Rep. Joseph Courtney, who refuses to take action on Obama’s fraud, making him complicit.

Hale became commander of a militia unit stationed in Roxbury, MA, now represented by Rep. Michael E. Capuano.

After his capture at Oyster Bay, Long Island by the British, Hale was interrogated, physically abused, and asked to betray his general, George Washington, in exchange for a position in the British army, to which Hale responded, “”NO, SIR!! No. I am not capable of what Your Excellency requires. It would be treason!”

Hale’s interrogating officer was his cousin, Samuel Hale, and betrayed Nathan to his commander, General Howe, who referred to himself as a “commander in chief.”

Nathan’s cousin insisted that Nathan had “already committed treason” by rebelling against the British, to which Nathan responded, “Not until we were occupied by foreign troops. We are an independent country now, don’t you understand?! We will never lay down our arms until they are OFF OUR SOIL!”

Nathan Hale was jailed on the evening of September 21, 1776 and hung the next day.  Two letters he had written to family members were destroyed by his British captors, but General George Washington became the first commander-in-chief of the U.S. Army after leading the Continental Army to victory over the British.

Many documents and cases Taitz has filed with various courts challenging Obama’s documentation and identification have mysteriously “disappeared.”

Nathan Hale was denied a Bible just before his death and refused.  When the overseeing general demanded that Hale “make his dying speech and confession,” Hale responded:

I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country.

Does any congressman subpoenaed have even half the courage of young Nathan Hale?
