ARE FORGERY AND FRAUD NOT CRIMES?

(Feb. 24, 2013) — The following letter was sent at 8:43 a.m. EST to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) using its tip submission form.

With the Cold Case Posse’s report announced months before the election, how was Obama allowed to run again with this allegation unresolved?
Are forgery and fraud using government servers and computers not punishable, just as any other white-collar crime would be?
The people of the United States of America pay your salaries and benefits; therefore, you work for us. Why is the birth certificate allegation, as well as those of Obama’s use of a Social Security number not assigned to him and a fraudulent Selective Service registration form, being ignored? Or are they?
Perhaps you are investigating these claims or would like to, but Eric Holder’s Justice Department is holding you back because people there are complicit.
I spoke with an FBI media representative last summer after the Cold Case Posse’s second press conference on July 17, 2012, during which he told me that if I thought “a really bad crime had been committed, go to your congressman.” Thousands of us have done so, but Congress has refused to act, at least to the public’s knowledge.
If Nixon was to be prosecuted for his knowledge of bugging the hotel room of his political opponents, causing his resignation, why shouldn’t the Obama regime be prosecuted for forgery, fraud, election fraud, and racketeering if the allegations are proven true?
Have you looked into the claims that “Obama” is not even his real name? What about the people surrounding him who must know something, and those in Hawaii who have been completely disingenuous in disseminating information to the public?
If Obama and his cohorts are guilty of the above-named crimes, they deserve a trial by a jury of their peers and proper sentencing if convicted. There is ample evidence on the web of those who, in the interest of keeping Obama in office “by any means necessary,” hack into the websites, email accounts, and personal lives of those dedicated to finding the truth about Obama; perhaps that would be an avenue of investigation to discover what they know.
I hope you will not fail America when she needs you the most.

TO: Dr. Lawson. My reply to Zeb is a brief summary of about five years of monitoring this fiasco and many hundreds of letters.
Thanks also for your service. I was also in intel work while I was in and participated in a number of black ops before they were named that. I, along with many, hundreds of thousands, if not more, Take the oath very seriously. I am feeling much better about the mood of the country and the undercurrent I have observed. Example: most of the professional and well trained militias have gone silent over the last year and a half. My local Sheriff is in tune with about 90% of the Sheriffs in the country. He will defend and protect the citizens against any incursion by the federal or state governments with regard to the second amendment. He signed his reply “yours in Liberty”.
I have also observed the attitude of a significant portion of the military, both active and retired, from Corporal to flag ranks concerning this issue. They are in tune with honoring their oaths.
I believe at this time, should the government attempt to subjugate the citizens they will not only be in the minority but that they don’t have a clue as to the mood of the millions of patriots. Originally, two to three years ago, I estimated that number to be about 3,000,000. My estimate today is somewhere above 25,000,000.
Peace be apon us. If not, peace will be made.
IT IS TREASON
Obama’s birth certificate and selective service registration card are law enforcement confirmed forgeries and he is using a social security number that was issued to someone else and failed to pass E-verify, yet no court will allow discovery to take place that would legally expose this usurper and the criminal enterprise behind him.
There is no act of treason more life-threatening to our Republic and beneficial to our enemies than having this agent of foreign and unknown allegiance transform our Republic into something more Marxist/Islamic to his liking, than his holding the unchecked powers of President and Commander In Chief Of Our Military Forces.
This is the greatest national security threat this country has faced since its founding and now that the Supreme Court has flatly refused to allow discovery to proceed in a legal manner, it leaves only one realistic and peaceful course of action and that is for the Republican House, while it still retains majority status, to immediately exercise its Constitutional Authority and Responsibility by opening an investigation and appointing a special prosecutor.
Once the true and authentic records of Obama are in hand, the criminal regime behind this man will know their time is also up and that final step of a Senate trial will probably not be necessary because the truth will be so clear and devastating his criminal regime will prefer to dump him, as did the Republicans with Nixon, and salvage what they can of the tremendous advances they have made thus far such as Obamacare and his SCOTUS appointments, etc.
It could be just that simple if only the House Republicans were not such treasonous cowards. What reason could possibly justify such cowardice??? Fear of what compared to this??? If our Constitution-based Republic is to survive, we patriots must unite on this one issue and force these cowards to immediately begin this course of action. They are our office of last resort short of armed revolution in view of the coming cataclysm the DHS has determined they will need and have purchased 2.2 billion rounds of hollow point ammunition. Time is very short.

Give us liberty, or give us death (which is slowly occurring now anyway). The script is already written- when the government is tyrannical, and no longer abides as a consent by the governed…
Early on, letters of this nature written to the state Attorney General, various congressmen serving in Washington, the FBI, etc. would receive an acknowledgement. The kind word is acknowledgement, because the contents of the responses were BS.
But most recently, these kind of letters received no response of any kind. It is like they were sent off and disappeared into the ether. Our elected and appointed representatives totally ignore any input they receive from us.
If this is the wave of the future then we are in for a lifetime of tyranny and government by dictatorship.
Are there enough Americans left who believe in the Constitution to make a difference and do something about our spin into socialism and obscurity? Will this come to a head as civil war? Or will we just lick our wounds, hang our heads in subjugation, and become Argentina?
YO ZEB! We spoke about this about two years ago. I believe that there is an undercurrent that has developed across the country that is slowly taking root. The majority of the sheriffs acrost the country are in tune with “the people”. Both the Oath Keepers (Dillard) and the Tea Party Patriots have failed in their missions as they only expressed platitudes and never directly address the real problems. We both have worked really hard to try and prevent an all out civil war from breaking out. I still believe that is possible. On the other hand, should things turn nasty by the government hand, I do believe that there are enough Patriots to ensure that our Constitutional Republic endures.

Ms. Rondeau, we here at the Bureau are very risk adverse (especially if our career could be in jeopardy if we investigated) and never REALLY took that OATH thingy seriously. Sorry about the Republic but we gotta run. Real busy around here with those farmers and that raw milk issue, lots to do.

Unfortunately, as evidenced by the Supreme Court and several Judges that choose to ignore the Constitution and the contempt of the Holder Justice Dept. there is ample evidence that there NO LONGER exists a Judiciary, Military “Chain “O” Command” or a majority of Law Enforcement entities that will neither recognize their “Constitutional Oath” or support and enforce the Laws of the Land!!
As a result, there are:
