REGISTRAR EMPLOYEE ADMITS TO ACCEPTING INVALID VOTER REGISTRATIONS

(Oct. 6, 2012) — A lawsuit filed in California naming multiple Secretaries of State as defendants has named one Secretary of State, Debra Bowen of California, as being responsible for “evidence of massive elections fraud that requires immediate attention.”
Working with a computer analyst, Taitz has found that “at least” 1,500,000 invalid California voter registrations remain on record with Bowen’s office. California’s election code, Section 2150, states that a potential voter must supply information in multiple areas, one of which is “(6) The state or country of the affiant’s birth.” Through her research, Taitz has discovered that many voter registrations are missing that particular item.
The attorney representing the Los Angeles County registrar, Steve Logan, has contacted Taitz to obtain “a full chain of emails” sent to a third party which Taitz said show that an employee at the registrar’s office admitted to “the practice of falsification of voter registration and voter records.”
“She admitted that in the office of the Los Angeles registrar, when voters did not provide this information, they simply falsified the record and put ‘U.S.,'” said Taitz. “We found that there are voter rolls with some 750,000 voter registrations where their state of birth was not provided which were not supposed to be accepted by the registrar. They should have been returned to the registrants to provide the information, asking them to mail it back to the registrar, and this was not done.”
Taitz said that also in regard to the state or place of birth, “We found some 700,000 where they were supposed to provide the state where they were born, and they just put ‘USA,’ which is invalid according to the statute. I don’t know how many of those were falsified, but because we have nearly 1.5 million voter registrations that are flagrantly invalid, and I was a candidate for the U.S. Senate and the margin of win between Elizabeth Emken and me was only 450,000, we have three times more invalid registrations than the margin of win. That is only on one component: information on the place of birth.”
“There are eight different areas where voters are supposed to provide information. One can just imagine that if there are 1.5 million invalid registrations on just that one issue the number of invalid voter registrations there are in the state of California,” added Taitz. “For example, I got information from somebody who works at the Elections Precinct Commission who said that in nursing homes, they have multiple individuals listed as voting in each and every election. This is an Alzheimer’s nursing home. They can’t go anywhere to vote; how is that happening? We have so many problematic voter registrations. So he asked for the full chain of emails, and it will be provided to Debra Bowen.”
