State of Kansas District Court Judge Larry D. Hendricks will hear a challenge against Mr. Barack Obama brought by California attorney Orly Taitz and a Mr. Walters, a citizen of Kansas. The hearing is scheduled for October 3rd, 1:30 pm, at division 6, 3rd floor, State District Court  at 700 SE 7th street Topeka Kansas.

The challenge is brought due to overwhelming evidence of the elections fraud by Mr. Obama, as well as identity fraud, use of forged identification papers, use of a last name not legally his, use of a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 not issued to him. Plaintiffs are seeking an emergency preliminary injunction keeping Mr. Obama off the general election ballot until the original identification papers are finally produced and examined by experts. Plaintiffs are seeking the original application to Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which Mr. Obama is using, even though it was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS,  original application to Selective Service Certificate which shows a forged postal stamp with only 2 digits year( 80), while all the other postal stamps showed the 4 digit year 1980, as well as the original birth certificate and the original microfilm of the aforementioned birth certificate. Full pleadings are attached below. Supporters are urged to be in the courtroom and donate to Dr. Taitz in order help with expenses of her flight to Kansas for the second time and litigation expenses. 1. Gigclick,
what I see in your words is that now is a good time for the formation of a new party. We need a replacement for the Democratic and the Republican Parties. I have seen some of the shenanigans the repubs are doing behind the curtains. Their against Sarah Palin, Todd Akin, Ron Paul, Michele Bachmann and probably others I don’t really know about. Karl Rove is just a front for the CFR, they think they need to control the world. Just think of the money the U.S. would have if they didn’t just throw billions of our tax dollars at the rest of the world. They take taxes from us and give it to the Muslims who hate us. The Muslims planned attacks AGAINST our Embassy’s to remind us of what they did 11 yrs ago. Our fearless leader wants to blame on an unknown film maker. Yeh, right.
I have an idea. let the Muslims who make billions from oil sales and spread the $$’s around the their own people.

  2. Hooyah to Orly Taitz and may God be with her always and all other loyal Patriots as in Sharon Rondeau. Gigclick, your comments are absolutely spot on as usual – all of them!

  3. Orly deserves a medal for what she has been doing and steadfast effort against continued odds of a judicial that is playing along with the usurper, is totally corrupted, has abandoned Constitutional law, caused Vattel to roll over in his grave and shown the American public that it can do whatever it want’s completely outside the votes or desires of “We The People”. With Hillary, Biden and other Democrat criminal associates laughing at any attempts to stop the damage and pillage of America, it looks pretty grim to see any change from a dictatorship of Idi Amin any time soon. Even a financial genius like Romney may have a difficult time reinventing the wheel and trying to repair 50 years of greed, coverups, theft, lies, pretense, deceipt and corruption by government officials and public trustees that have destroyed America for lush retirements and benefit plans for many who never deserved such treatment and royalty compared to the general public that supported them their entire lifetime. Many of our cities are fighting bankruptcy and loss of being taken over by illegals and Muslims who bring crime and destruction to America to recreate the places they left while bringing new forms of crime and corruption to add to the already out of control situations everywhere here. The few that are making money and retirements from the crime and corruption don’t want any “change” since they are doing just fine. Too many things are wrong and have been exploited or ignored to the point of “no return”. After 43 years in the job market, I haven’t seen it this bad for a long time and I feel sorry for the many who have been “disenfranchised” as “Mark Levine” would say including myself that have spent years learning and gaining skills that have been forced out of our country to other lands and all the young people being forced to earn degrees that in too many cases will only yield student debt and many unanswered job applications and a future of depression as for so many older citizens that can’t get hired to apply the talents they spent a lifetime to develope. If the elderely are hitting brick walls, what is in store for all the young people and the “mentoring processes” they should have to master skills they will need to make right decisions? Hellooooo! Anybody’ home!!!! Even with a “new POTUS” we won’t see any change for several years given the way the “system” historically operates add the hate and anchor dragging that will go on if the “Republicans” regain power. The pendulum of madness, infighting, jealously, hatred, greed, bureacracy, partyism, internal corruption, judicial corruption, and other intellectual feats of genius that usually occur will be in full swing. As hard as all the little people try to get back to a “normal” whatever that may have been, does not look like a sunny day from experience. I could be wrong, I could be stupid but I have seen 5 conscious decades of attempts to “get it right”. ANYTHING would be better than this crew of criminal morons but due to institutional changes and forced laws, we could be looking at “The Twilight Zone” for a long time, longer than we may realize. We need “change” but not the change that most people seem to think. Good management, accountability, leadership, selfless thinking for the good of all, etc. I saw these things and lived them in the military but in civilian life, it may take an entire lifetime just to get someone to turn off a light bulb. Lets watch the “Tennessee Waltz” in Monroe County and use that example to see how fast our “system” will swing it’s bow into the wind and sail off into the horizon. I’ll sell you ten tons of cow manure for $20 dollars too. Let’s think positive and keep your ammo dry hope we won’t have to use it before this is all over, if ever. Too negative?? No, too experienced and have heard all the promises, lies, corporate appologetics, government woooing, creeps and bozos that run the “system” and only see another decade of “business as usual”. One thing “age” teaches. Seeing is believing, everything else is BS. Maybe Nance Princess Stretch Pelosi will split up her $64 Million Trust Fund and buy us all a pizza. I bet that’s enough to buy every citizen one pizza, maybe. In three one pizza may be thirty of forty dollars, gas could be $10 dollars a gallon and Obama will be CEO of Disney World!? Every Communist regime always locked up the artists and intellectuals, writers and journalist. Since we don’t have much in artistic creation now and most of the writers are with the Communist/Socialist left, I’m glad we still have “The Post Email”. Sharon Rondeau also deserves a medal for journalism and should have her own network like Glen Beck to tell the world the truth. Since the Communists always lock up the “intellects”, we can only hope that Joe Biden who Clint Eastwood described as “The Intellect Of The Democratic Party” will be locked up and no longer be a danger to society and the Constitution.
