WILL THEY ALLOW TESTIMONY OR NOT?

by Sharon Rondeau

Secretary of State Kris Kobach had indicated that he did not perceive an objection to Obama’s placement on the Kansas ballot “frivolous,” but the objector withdrew his complaint on Friday.

(Sep. 17, 2012) — The Post & Email has contacted Atty. Orly Taitz to ascertain that she has arrived safely at her destination in Kansas after she received a text-message threat on her cell phone last night.

During the telephone call, Taitz asked that members of the media and concerned citizens call Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s office to request that Taitz be allowed to testify at the hearing scheduled for 10:00 a.m.  An attorney for Kobach’s office indicated to Taitz yesterday that testimony might be closed since the Kansan who originally filed an objection to Obama’s name being placed on the ballot withdrew his objection on Friday.

Taitz said that she has brought testimony from those who acted as witnesses in Georgia during the ballot challenge hearing held there on January 26, 2012.  She is asking that all concerned residents and registered voters of Kansas attend the hearing this morning.

The Kansas Secretary of State’s phone number is (785) 296-4575.
