HOW MANY ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE GUILTY OF DERELICTION OF DUTY?

from a Tennessee reader and registered voter

(Jun. 18, 2012) — On Jun. 17, 2012, The Post & Email had reported on a resident and registered voter of Tennessee who had contacted her state representative, Rep. Phillip Johnson, about the recently-discovered information indicating that laws were passed by the General Assembly in 1984 which directed the courts to reorganize such that district courts would hear criminal matters.

County courts in Tennessee are still convening grand juries and trial juries to hear criminal matters despite the “district” designation laid out in TCA 16-2-506.

The resident had received no response after sending two emails and told him that she would plan to visit him in person.  Today, she received the following response to a follow-up email:

“Your inquiry has been forwarded to our legal department”.
A classic case of “The Fox guarding the Hen House”.
What about an INDEPENDENT entity doing the inquiry?
I ask you, one and all, is Celeste Thomas OUT TO LUNCH OR WHAT?
Nothing will become of the “Oh, we’re right on it. We’re diligently investigating with all of the resources of the State of Tennessee. Don’t call us, we’ll get back to you. Trust us.”
Oh yeh, right. I’m holding my breath.

Again we have an example of the in proper way to contact a public official—unless you contact them by certified reurn reciept mail you will in most cases be ignored.

“Looks good from my house.” but “I didn’t see anything!, “It’s not my job.” Pretty funny how you can lie and make up stories when you are in public office. Only problem is, people find out! Seems like no shortage of criminal assistants in any government operation, Europe, South America, Asia, they speak a different language but all do the same things. Lie to the people, steal or scam, whatever works to line your pockets before they kick you out or you can lock up the process and stay for years. It is amazing how these types of people can stay in these jobs for years and be exempt from any prosecution. After too many people and years of parasitic theft of the people, the system becomes more unsustainable. See “abandoned cities in Detroit” in your computer search box. I was told by a man that grew up there that Unions and High Taxes did what is shown in the pictures, soon all of America will be that part of Detroit or the Muslims take over soon after.
