HOW DID CNN OBTAIN MICROFILM WHICH A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE TEAM CANNOT?

(Jun. 3, 2012) — On May 30, 2012, CNN aired a report which purported to show a “computer-generated” copy of Obama’s birth certificate and then showed the short-form Certification of Live Birth released on the internet in June 2008. The report then showed a black and white microfilm of a long-form birth certificate, but it was impossible to see the details it contained.
Obama’s short-form birth certificate, purported to be the only birth document available until April 27, 2011, was declared a forgery by a scanning expert who has produced numerous videos and an online book on the subject of Obama’s documentation and background.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio, whose Cold Case Posse has been investigating Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card, has requested the microfilm of the birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health but has been denied. Hawaii law states that a person must have a “direct and tangible interest in the record” in order to be granted access to it.
The reporter, Gary Tuchman, interviewed Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who last January said that no birth certificate could be found in the files of the Department of Health but has now changed his story about “the little boy that grew up here in Hawaii and became president.”
While Tuchman stated that Hawaii “no longer certifies,” or rather, issues, “long-form” birth certificates, Obama was reportedly granted an exception to that rule when his attorney, Judith Corley, reportedly traveled to Honolulu to acquire two certified copies of his original birth certificate. However, after an image representing that which Corley had reportedly obtained from the Hawaii Department of Health was released to the public on April 27, 2011, it was quickly declared a forgery by numerous typesetting, imaging, internet and graphics experts.
The Hawaii Department of Health has stated that it has Obama’s original birth record but has refused to release it even with a court order, although Obama has already allegedly done so himself.

On May 30, 2012, you aired a report about the persistent questions about Obama’s birth certificate during which you showed what you purported to be the microfilm of Obama’s Hawaii-issued long-form birth certificate. I would like to know how you obtained the microfilm, as Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 338-18 mandates that only an individual “with a tangible interest in the record” such as a relative, guardian, descendant or court appointee can obtain access to vital records: http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol06_Ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0018.htm
As you may know, Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio has had a Cold Case Posse investigate the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service registration card and found them both to be lacking, deeming them “computer-generated forgeries.” In the course of his criminal investigation, Arpaio has requested to inspect the microfilm of the birth certificate but has been denied access.
How were you granted access to the microfilm, and are you willing to show it in more detail to prove that it contains the same details as the image released to the public on April 27, 2011?
If the microfilm you showed that evening does not represent Obama’s birth certificate, then you have gravely misled the public.

Did CNN claim that the microfilm shown was that of the document which the state of HI has on file as an official record of Barack H. Obama’s birth ? If they did and can not show how it came into their possession then it is of no value at all except as evidence that CNN may have conspired to transmit a forgery which is only going to be proved or disproved in a court when Obama is forced to comply with the constitutional mandate that he qualify to hold office which he, congress, the DNC, the RNC, and all courts of jurisdiction currently refuse to uphold or obey.
I have see somewhere on Facebook that someone has been able to scrutinize this microfisch the same way as the nine layers on the fraud b.c. posted by the W.H. The register/birth number is not the same as on the faked Judy Corley brought “home.” It belongs to another person!??!
It would be laughable if it weren’t so pathetic.
