IS TENNESSEE LOST TO CORRUPTION?

by Michael D. Jackson

What is Gov. Bill Haslam doing about corruption in his state?

(May 2, 2012) — [Editor’s Note:  The following letter was sent by a citizen of Illinois to Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam of regarding the current incarceration of  Darren Huff and a hearing which, as the time the letter was written, was upcoming on April 30, 2012.  That hearing for Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, who has exposed widespread corruption in the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, judiciary, local police, FBI and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) over the last two years, is now rescheduled for May 4, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.  Fitzpatrick and Huff have been classified, along with murderers, as “sovereign citizens” by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with no mention of the corrupt judiciary they were attempting to expose to the public.

The author of the letter told The Post & Email that he never contacted Gov. Haslam’s office using email but received a response in that manner.]

Dear Governor Haslam,

I am contacting your office a second time in writing.  The significance of this letter is one of urgency.  I’m quite confident your office is very well aware of an ongoing matter in TN, specifically Monroe County. There is criminal corruption taking place in virtually all positions of power and responsibility in TN.  Individuals are arrested and charged with crimes that are non- existent!  I speak specifically about two individuals who are suffering at the hands of the lawless.  The names of the law abiding innocent I speak of are Naval (Ret) Lt. Cdr. Walt Fitzpatrick and Darren Huff.  Some of the names of the individuals in the Monroe County TN area who are not upholding the law and/or their duty to the U.S. Constitution are Sheriff Bill Bivens, Judge Carroll Ross, Judge Amy Reedy, District Atty Steven Bebb, former Grand Jury Foreman Gary Pettway and this is not in totality. William L. Bryan aka (PJ Foggy or The Fogbow) is another name you can start investigating on.

I have been following as have many, many others, the unbelievable criminal activities that have been committed against Walt Fitzpatrick, Darren Huff and numerous other citizens of Monroe County that have been tried by tainted Grand Juries!  These Grand Juries have been hand selected by Judge Amy Reedy. Grand Juries are to be randomly put together so as to no human intervention, this is in TN Statute.  Does the name Jim Miller sound familiar?  It should as he was the Chairman of the Election Commission in Monroe County who was found shot three times and found in the trunk of a burning car.  The factual based information and evidence of crimes being committed have been reported by Sharon Rondeau, the Post & E-Mail’s editor, for more than 2 years now.  Sharon can confirm the evidence based on the facts of the mass criminal corruption; in essence Monroe County has taken over the people. Call Sharon Rondeau: 203/987-7948; PO Box 195 Stafford Springs, CT 06076.

Governor Haslam, with all due respect to the office of Governor, (which is why I right you out of respect for that office) you are the Chief Executive Law Enforcement body in the State of TN.  You have a Constitutional duty and responsibility before the people and before the Lord.  The truth of the matter is sir, you have going on under your watch obvious blatant crimes being committed against innocent people and they are suffering at the hands of the unconscionable and derelict in duty.  You have the executive power to make sure the laws in your State are being executing lawfully, but it’s not only the power you’ve been given but the outright responsibility you have to be an example of truth and justice.  Walt Fitzpatrick has a court date scheduled for April 30, 2012.  The charges raised against Mr. Fitzpatrick are based on forged signatures.  This can be proven as Sharon Rondeau has the evidence in relation to the forged document.  There should be no hesitation on your part to get to the bottom of this and end this mass corruption going on in the State of TN and Monroe County is where it needs to start immediately.  Mr. Fitzpatrick and Mr. Huff have done nothing amiss or in violation of the laws of TN.  It is the people in power who are abusing that power and wielding it against the innocent.  If these acts of outright tyranny can happen in Monroe County TN what is to stop it from happening in my own backyard.  How you and the State of TN respond on the behalf of just these two innocent men, being accused falsely, tried by a tainted grand jury, unlawful law enforcement officers and jurists speaks of how you care for any average citizen and the rule of law being meted out in truth and righteousness.  I insist and respectfully demand Governor Haslam that you honor the oath you took to support the Constitution and demand righteous judgment in these most serious crimes being committed under your watch.

Dear Friend,

Thank you for writing to me and sharing your concerns.  I appreciate hearing from you.

After careful review of your letter, I have determined that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is the appropriate agency to address this type of inquiry, and therefore have forwarded your letter to Director Mark Gwyn’s office for consideration.

Again, thank you for taking the time to write.  I forward to working with you and all Tennesseans to make our great state an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.

Warmest regards,

Bill Haslam
