(Apr. 22, 2012) — “At a Campaign School training today, Lt. Gov. Guadagno announced that Obama will be on the ballot this November. This was in response to a question about Obama’s ballot eligibility in NJ.”
First we can tell you what it isn’t. It isn’t the America so many have fought and died for since the Revolutionary War. It isn’t the Democratic Republic where the rule of law trumps the rule of man.
What it is most like, God help us, is the Soviet Union, where history was rewritten, laws subverted or changed in support of any whim of the ruling class. It’s America’s Animal Farm where you don’t remember what you remember and the law isn’t what you think it is, its what we tell you it is.
It is impossible to equate what is happening here in NJ and across this country to anything else. The Secretary of State, arguably the leading law enforcement official, has clearly stated, she will not enforce the Constitution or the election laws of NJ.
As strange as this may sound, TPATH believes this has grown beyond the importance of the usurper occupying our White House. It has risen to the question of will the people of this state and country allow our politicians and judges to ignore the law?
Once they are allowed to operate in this manner, the Country is doomed and if it’s citizens apathetically watch as their freedoms are crushed by self serving officials, the future will hold for them, just what they deserve.
For those that may not have followed much of this, here is a short summery of destruction of our Constitution, by not only Guadagno but politicians and justices across this country.
1. Obama has failed to prove he is eligible to serve as President or to be on any ballot for that position.
2. He has forged a birth certificate in the effort to fool the American people.
3. He has refused to ask Hawaii to release microfilm of his birth certificate, which would clear this up in an instant.
4. He is not a “Natural Born Citizen” as required and intentionally made part of the US Constitution by our founding fathers.
So while NJ Title 19 and our State Constitution require a candidate for President to be eligible, and if challenged, prove that eligibility, Ms. Guadagno has declared these laws and requirements unimportant and that, eligible or not, Obama will once again flaunt his arrogance and be placed on ballots across this state and country.
No politician who would allow the any laws to be broken, for any reason, can and should, never be entrusted with American freedoms. Ms. Guadagno, with eyes set and focused on the Governor’s chair, will never get support form TPATH and many Constitutional Conservatives if she continues on this unconstitutional course. That is a promise.
